I usually have great experiences at Chick-fil-A, and even so this was one of the better Chick-fil-As I’ve ever been to. The staff was incredibly kind, super attentive, and you could tell that they worked really well together. Things seemed really harmonious, even at a very busy time of day. Kudos to the managers, especially Mr. Chauncey, they were outstanding to watch interact with the staff! The store was also incredibly clean, tastefully decorated for the holiday, the rest rooms were pristine, and the staff checked up on me several times to all of I needed refills, sauces, etc. For a fast food experience to feel like a hotel restaurant is unusual in the BEST way.

Chick-fil-A never disappoints. I used the mobile ordering feature today for the first time and was impressed with the ease of placing the order and picking it up. Plus it was speedy and fresh! Today we tried the wrap versus a sandwich and it was delicious and we’ll put together. Overall 5 star review!

They asked if I wanted to try a new item, I did and they never put it in the bag. The lady handed me a bag and said everything was in there, apparently I need to check the order completely before leaving.
I tried to call the location but got routed to a centralized customer service number? Is this what we’re doing now? I called to figure out what to do with the missing item, and I’m on a 20 minute call.

Twice in a row ordering through the app, just to arrive at the restaurant and watch them fly through the regular drive thru line while the mobile order line doesn’t move. Both times I counted ten cars that got served through the drive thru first. The second time I just asked for a refund because they clearly prioritize customers that don’t order ahead, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. This is not unique to this location, just another typical poor business practice of a large corporation. I gave it another chance after the first time this happened. Sadly this will be my last visit to Chick-Fil-A.

Love Chick-fil-A but unfortunately the remodel of this location has significantly slowed down their ability to get food out. Before the Reno this was the fastest one I had ever been too. The restaurant looks great but I can now always count on the wait times being longer or asked to move to one of the VIP spots, which in reality means “we don’t have your order ready and other people need to get out” spot. This restaurant shone through 2020 and improved even more up until the shutdown and remodel. This is in no way a harsh review for any other reason than we know it can be better, because it has been better. Hope you see this Bob Kyle.

Completed a door dash delivery here. It was fast service, friendly employees, nice clean seating area. Had a tv monitor so I could monitor my order. I asked for a small paper bag to put condiments in for my customer just as a courtesy and the cashier brought me a selection of small bags, she went above and beyond as I was too.

The drive thru design of this location is awful and sloooooowwwww. The employees are working hard and sweet. But they are fighting a losing battle against the inefficient design. I truly dread going to this location. I hope Chick Fil-A HQ realizes their mistake with this design and doesn’t do it anymore.

Been visiting this Chick-fil-A since they relocated and reopened from across the street. By far always one of the best locations by far, from top tier customer service, friendliness, cleanliness and atmosphere. All the qualities you need for an A+ location, will be coming here for a long time coming, guaranteed!

Service has really fallen off since this CFA has gotten this new building. Sure, it’s bigger and nicer, but the crew CANNOT get it together, even with simple orders. We almost always get parked for something really dumb with our order now.

I came to Chick-fil-A expecting a quick meal but was very disappointed by the drive-thru service. At least three people were trying to locate my order, and they still couldn’t find it using my name or car description. Eventually, they asked me to pull over because it was taking too long and traffic was backing up.
It turns out my food had been given to someone else by mistake. I ended up waiting about 30 minutes for a sandwich and mac and cheese. I had to show proof that my credit card was charged just to convince them I actually placed an order, and even then, they didn’t offer any compensation for the inconvenience.
The old Chick-fil-A I knew would have remade my meal in a heartbeat without needing to see my credit card history, and would have offered something like a coupon or even a cookie for the trouble.
I did like the food, but this experience really fell short of my expectations.
