Stopped by Steak ’n Shake for a fast meal and it delivered exactly what I was looking for. The food came out hot, fresh, and fast, and the burgers were flavorful with crispy fries on the side.
Service was efficient, prices are reasonable, and it’s a solid option when you want something filling without the wait. Not trying to be fancy — just classic comfort food done right.
Perfect choice when you’re short on time but still want a good meal.

Steak ’n Shake absolutely nails it. The smash burgers are crispy on the edges, juicy in the center, and packed with flavor. You can taste the difference in a real steakburger done right.
The shakes are just as impressive — thick, creamy, and classic in the best way.

Doesn’t look too appealing but the taste was really good. Loved the fries. Wished the chicken fingers were bigger. Atmosphere needs some major work. Will definitely be back.

I gave this restaurant a 5-star review for two main reasons. First, it was our very first dining experience using Bitcoin as payment, which was exciting and super fast. Second, the food was excellent—the burger was great, and the fries weren’t salty at all and were cooked in Wagyu beef tallow.
The service was just okay. When the server brought our food, he didn’t say anything—just placed the food on the table and walked away. But considering this is more of a fast-food casual spot, impeccable service isn’t really expected. Overall, the unique payment option and great food made it a memorable visit.

The food got five stars because it was fresh and accurate to the order and it’s the best tasting steak ‘n Shake I’ve ever had. The Service got five stars because everybody there gives five star Service I watched the whole process from beginning to end and they all know what they’re doing and they work as a team. Atmosphere get five stars because it’s well kept clean and everything seems like it’s in place. So this is definitely steak ‘n Shake done right? I don’t take off any points about the food or anything that’s inherent about going to a place like steak and shit so that’s not considered at all. It’s just the best they can shake you’re gonna go to and you won’t regret it if you’re craving a burger the smashed burger are delicious

I’ve been coming to this location since I was in high school, although times have changed and they’ve gone a little more digital the service is still 10/10. We were immediately greeted and asked if we needed help using the new kiosk/ipad ordering system. Food was delivered quickly & our shakes were served in the classic frozen glass cups so they were kept perfectly cold. The burgers are so fresh and delicious. Along side with the incredible beef tallow fries!! So so good!

I come here a lot and always have a great experience. Good service and the food is always great. Earlier today when I visited, the picture of what I am uploading was a person, at first sitting directly outside the restaurant trying to interact with customers as they came in. I had a bad feeling already… I ordered my food, sat down, then what do you know? About 10 minutes in to me eating, this man walks in with his stomach (and whatever else) exposed. (Keep in mind there were children around) which makes this even more utterly disgusting. At first, he was taking up two booths with his bag of who knows what, then a worker came by and told him to fix himself. While this was happening, he was saying random stuff out loud and making the entire restaurant feel uncomfortable. No law enforcement was called about this when I was there, but boy do I wish they were. I try to give Steak n Shake all the credit it deserves, but this is astonishing, the fact that this would be allowed shocks me. DO BETTER PLEASE.

American restaurant with good atmosphere. I was disappointed when they removed the Royale hamburger from the menu so I stopped coming. I went back this week, this one is not back on the menu. The restaurant looks better than a couple of years ago, seats and tables have been renovated but the restroom needs attention. Hamburgers and fries are too salty for my taste. Service is good.
