Catherine was our server. She was very attentive and kind. Food came out fast. Refills were frequent. I really enjoyed the pretzels and cheese sauce and the O-M-Cheese Burger. Our second time coming here. I really want to come back soon!

The food and service were great! I had the O-M-Cheeseburger and it was amazing. The burger patty tasted fresh and had nice crispy edges. The cheese was tasty.

I ordered a burger and fries to go. I’ve been waiting here for almost 30 minutes now and still didn’t get it. The restaurant is not even busy. Plus, burger is the easiest and quickest meal to make. Unless if you have plenty of time to waste, i wouldn’t recommend this place AT ALL.

During my recent lunch with a colleague, I found the establishment to be somewhat outdated. The service was satisfactory, lacking any exceptional qualities. Notably, a significant number of the televisions were turned off.
On the positive side, the beverages were of excellent quality. The classic combo, consisting of chicken bites, mozzarella sticks, dip, and quesadillas, was particularly well-prepared. However, the food quality was generally mediocre. While the chicken was satisfactory, the shrimp had an unusual flavor and lacked the desired crispiness. The riblets were particularly disappointing.

We have ordered through DoorDash twice now from this Applebee’s. Two weeks ago they completely forgot my second entrée. I ordered a steak with fries and rice and only recieved the rice?
Again, ordered last night for dinner to give them another chance and they served us burnt rice. The rice was hard and burnt and disgusting. My four dogs won’t even eat it. I will no longer be ordering from Applebee’s especially this one as expensive as it is to eat out this is unacceptable to have this many issues back to back.

My server was Christine M . She was very kind and knowledgeable. She took time with me to make sure my order was right. I have allergies to mushrooms and she made sure I did not have any on my order. I would go back to this restaurant because of her. I were visiting from out of town and good to see a smiling and helpful person. I was at the location in Maitand, FL. off Southhall lane.

Went for the 2 for $25 special, choice of appetizer or salads, and 2 entrees. Dessert not included. Good fresh food. House and Caesar salads pictured along with the top sirloin entree, garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli. Apple sizzler warmed pie with ice cream. Everything tasted great. Service was prompt except for drinks which were ordered and the server went to bus a table before bringing the beverages during a slow lunch period. Overall good meal, reasonably priced and courteous service.

I returned to this place 10 years later, and the musty smell was so annoying that all I wanted to do was hurry to leave. I wasn’t expecting a gourmet meal, but I didn’t expect the quality of the food to be so bad, either.
The waitress service was excellent, and the ambiance was nice. However, the food tasted like burnt fat; you could feel it a touch rancid.
I give it 1/10 stars because the waitress’s service was good.

I ordered from Applebee’s through Grubhub, and while I usually enjoy their food, this experience left a lot to be desired. I double-checked my order in the app to make sure everything was correct, but when the food arrived, some key items were missing, and they didn’t even show up on the receipt. These missing items were part of the restaurant’s advertised offer.
First, they didn’t send the lemonade I ordered. It’s a small thing, but it was part of the meal I was expecting. Second, they didn’t include the coleslaw, which was supposed to be one of the two sides offered with the meal. These omissions really frustrated me since they were part of the deal, and I had chosen them specifically.
As for the chicken breast, I have to admit it had good flavor, but it was as if the entire pepper shaker was accidentally dumped on it. It was so over-seasoned that my mouth was still burning long after I finished eating. The seasoning was just way too overpowering and made it hard to enjoy.
The rest of the order was fine—it arrived as expected and tasted good. But between the missing items and the overly spiced chicken, this was not the experience I was hoping for. While I’ve had better meals from Applebee’s before, this one missed the mark and left me disappointed.

Had an amazing experience at Applebee’s! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served just right. Big shoutout to Manager Britt — her attentiveness and quality of care were absolutely on point. She made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. It’s rare to see that level of customer service these days, and she truly stood out. Definitely will be coming back!
