This place has excellent food. I love it and the prices aren’t that bad either. I guess my only complaint is the booths were a little tight. But that was fine. Get the bourbon burger. You will be very happy. It was excellent. Love the iced teas!.

It was the first time I had ever been there. The waitress was professional and very in tune to our table. She was definitely one of the best servers I had encountered in a long time. Thank you. Stopped by for the first time and enjoyed our meal. The entire restaurant (including restrooms) were very clean. Lots of great items on the menu. Our server was extremely friendly and helpful. Food was excellent!we will definitely be back.

It had been a while since eating at OCharleys and I recall my previous meals so much better. The quality of food seems to have declined for me. It was just ok for me and I prefer fast food restaurant if I am paying for just oK food.

Food/drinks were great value for happy hour. Service was a bit slow, Waited a while for silverware after my food arrived plus to cash out. Oh well, i’ll be back next time I’m in town to give it another chance.

I ordered a 14 oz. Ribeye Steak Dinner which I stated that I wanted it cooked Medium Well. The waitress brought it and asked me to cut into it to see if it was satisfactory. I cut into the middle and I told her it looked ok. I started to cut it up from the outside edges and it was all fat and red (not really cooked at all). I know that Ribeye is always a little fatty, but this was ridiculous. I only was able to get three small bites that were edible and only from the middle and this was $24. Mostly all Fat and uncooked. That will probably be my last visit. My wife’s meal which was Chicken was fine.

Well we never to taste anything …… didn’t even get our drinks…. Hell we weren’t even waited on.
Hostess was very pleasant and greeted us when we walked in.
Sat us very quickly, and then nothing for 20 minutes. 4 servers walked by, and the manager walked by twice nothing.
Very hard to read the menu because the lighting was so dim. Maybe that’s why we weren’t seen because we were in a corner in the dark, on the upside we drove over to Outback Steakhouse and had our drinks within 2 minutes Thank you Outback.
And to the server at O’charlies per your manager this is a learning experience, take note.

First time here! Service was fantastic, our food came extremely fast, everything tasted great. We ordered the chips and queso for an app, it was delicious, came with two things of salsa as well. Bread was complimentary, side salads were good. We had the Bayou Shrimp pasta and the BBQ smokehouse chicken with mac and cheese, both delicious. I thought the prices overall were worth it, maybe a bit on the high end for the entrees. Would absolutely visit again.
