I LOVE THIS PLACE. I’ve eaten an embarrassing amount of Chinese food and sushi in my life and have come accustomed to the good stuff. THIS is THE BEST around!

Food is always fresh and hot. Pork fried rice is fresh and not dark brown like it’s been sitting. Tons of regular and special sushi options. They will customize almost anything if you ask. Great for a quick bite or an entire family meal. We do birthdays here as well as thanksgiving.
Mostly though I can’t say enough great things about the staff! My son has been going here since he could eat and he gets a big greeting every time we go. They also always remember our entire families drink order!
Seriously if you haven’t been here yet you are missing out!
One last thing. Their mai tais ALWAYS are the best❤️

Was really looking forward to going here due to the high reviews. However, the sushi had no umami flavor. Just fell flat. I’ve had better sushi from the grocery store. And we tried several rolls and nigiri. The service was exceptionally fast. But we can’t get over how little the sushi actually tasted like sushi.

Sushi Time is our absolute favorite restaurant! We’ve been going since 2007, when they were only a tiny hole-in-the-wall spot. It’s been so cool to watch everyone else catch on to how good their food is and see their business and space grow. They really do have the best food and drinks in the area. People hear the name and think they only do sushi but that’s not the case! Their menu is huge and they have the BEST Chinese food and Pupu platters anywhere around. Mai tais are fantastic. Their noodle dishes are delicious. If you go during lunch hours, they have really awesome lunch deals. Their staff is so friendly and fun. You can tell that they really love their customers and they have A LOT of regulars, for good reason! We really can’t recommend Sushi Time more. We travel a lot and they have yet to be beat by any other place we’ve tried!

We got late night take out for the first time. Generous portions. The sushi was very good. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about recently. Kind of suspicious honestly considering how good the food actually was and even after sitting in my car for a 45 minute drive home! Just saying. Maybe give it another try before bashing a business….

I love Sushi Time. I lived in Haverhill for 5 years and this was my go to restaurant. I have been here a couple of hundred times over the years and I always enjoy it. I’ve eaten in, gotten delivery, and ordered pickup numerous times and all are great. The staff is awesome and friendly and the food is incredible. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a good sushi place in the Merrimack River Valley area. Not living near Sushi Time anymore is sad. I sometimes still stop in if I am in the area. Excellent place.

Great lunch! We had not been here before, and the outside was a bit strange. We were not sure what we were walking into! So nice and clean , great atmosphere! Super fast service. Our summer roll was incredible! Also, we had shrimp tempura and veggie udon noodles! So good!

I’m pretty unimpressed, to say the least. If it was just the ghost kitchen flavor, that would be one thing. An eel roll not having any eel in it is another. If the kitchen is out of an ingredient, can you please cancel the order instead of making a weird substitution and charging us full price?
We had our pineapple fried rice and orange chicken substituted without any warning either, so other customers might want to specifically request that dishes be cancelled rather than substituted.

The food was good, and the servers were nice — but both myself and one of my friends were given disposable chopsticks that were very clearly used. Warped from being put through a dishwasher, already separated, and stained from previous sauces/meals – but packaged in new paper. It was made more obvious by the fact our other friend had new chopsticks that did need to be broken apart, but all had been packaged the same.

Our server was delightful and kind. The atmosphere was nice, it was quiet as we went later in the night after Christmas shopping. We shared a pupu platter for one and ordered sushi. The pupu platter was delicious the food was still hot, they’re chicken fingers is battered thick if that’s what you’re looking for. The sushi was so good, I’ll never be able to eat sushi from Market Basket again. They’re drinks were strong. Leechee martini and zombie is what we ordered, the martini was delightful with the leechee fruit. Can’t wait to go back for date night again.
