Came in today to dine in. Looks like they’re slowly trying to make it more service oriented again. I used to love when they were open late nights with servers- hopefully it comes back! The managers here are always amazing. However I will say, the girl who dropped off our food today didn’t say a single word to us. Not confirming if it was the correct order, saying “here you go”, or asking if we need anything. She was gone before we could say anything and it felt awkward. As a waitress myself, I understand this isn’t a full service place but your employees should still have customer service skills and be able to talk to people. Food was great as always though and the guy who brought out our shake was euthensitatic, need more like him!!

Well, the 1pm afternoon team on a Sunday that cooks the burgers should stop talking and pay more attention to what they’re cooking. Look at the bottom of this great Frisco melt. Not a great guest experience. “In sight it was not right.” Management take note.

Well this place sucked.. and it was really bad. My daughter’s grilled cheese was NOT melted and barely grilled. Then my grandsons chicken tenders were hard that he couldn’t even eat them. And lately the fries. They were extremely hard and a lot were burnt. This is NOT acceptable.

Why is ur cook asking us to finish up our TO GO order before 930pm, dont you close at 10? Totally unprofessional. I work at a restaurant and believe me, I get it. However 30 min before for a to go order is more than enough time. We serve people up until the minute and the cooks dont complain of food comes in one min before close. Next time, maybe dont rush your customers ordering food. So rude. Didnt even have an option to order more than fries for myself because I felt awkward… good thing my husband got what he wanted. Guess I will eat for fries for dinner. Thanks for that. NOT!

Decent food. NASTY place. For a restaurant that gets hardly any dine-in customers, the place looks like it was host to a children’s birthday party that was never cleaned up. Also, insanely enough, the receipt printers at the kiosks didn’t work. They were printing completely blank receipts. We were not warned by any of the restaurant employees. I unfortunately forgot to photograph this. We were not given or offered any fry seasoning with our order either.

This is a wonderful steak and shake location. Excellent food. Very polite staff members. Everything went fast and smooth. Very clean freshly wiped tables. Well lit. Claw machine with stuffed animals for the kiddos. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in the area. I had the garlic steak burger with cheese fries.

They have come a long way with the taste of their food. I just wish it wasnt self order Only. Used to be a nice, quick place to sit down with family and have a meal and get served by a waiter/waitress.

Ordered the cookie dough shake, best shake I’ve had in a while! We also had burgers, good pricing for a meal. We love the French fries. Upchage for any sauce you get. Love the old malt shope/ diner vibe.
