The server was top notch! The food took forever…but we had plenty of soup, salad, refills and breadsticks. By the time food arrived we were Full! I got the Chicken Marsala, portion definitely not worth it. My mashed potatoes had a dehydrated crust over them kinda like a deflated Ballon! My Mom got the Eggplant Parmagina from the lighter side. She enjoyed it!

This was top notch all the way around. The place was jam packed and I see why – our server was wonderful and was very attentive, coming to our table over 15 times. The food, particularly the bread and italian donuts, were hot and fresh. So, so, SO good. The food was exceptional – the cleanliness, exceptional – the service, exceptional.

I can’t even rate the food yet. I called an hour before closing to place a pick up order. I was placed on hold for 40 minutes! By the time I got to the restaurant, someone picked up and I asked for a manager to be ready as I was parking in their parking lot. Now the manager was very sympathetic and have me a gift card. But, my thing is she had no way of knowing that I was prepared to spend 3 times as much as the gift card. I was not going to place an order as large as mine 20 minutes before they closed, so I accepted the gift card. The manager was very nice, very understanding. But when I was ready to spend 150+ at olive garden….. but on hold for 40 minutes to place a pick up order!!! Completely unacceptable staff at this restaurant with the waitresses and to go order staff!!! Just crazy! I gave two stars because of how sympathetic and understanding that Grace was. But, I honestly cannot even imagine how our dine in experience would be with a family of 6 eating in this restaurant. And we love olive garden! I’m very sorry to have to post this review, I honestly am. I’m scared to even spend the gift card that ain’t even pay for half of what we normally spend.

The wait was horrible. They said it would be a few minutes which was over 12+ minutes. When we were seated the table was wet and the table was not completely clean. My silverware was dirty, never asked for refills.

We had a slight unsatisfactory experience but Douglas made us feel welcomed and valued. He was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. it was so clear that he genuinely cares about providing excellent service to every customer.

We love going to OG. My husband had seafood Alfredo .. his favorite. I had 5 cheese rigatoni. Both were delicious. I was not happy that our salad plates were very warm, and there was too much salad dressing, it was pooled in the bottom of the bowl. We also had to ask for our mints. The food was hot, breadsticks were fresh. Service was ok but I have had better there.

haven’t been to an OG for years but went recently for a birthday dinner. the restaurant was packed, food was good, and Jennifer was the best server anyone could ask for.
only downside was people at the next table not controlling their screaming kids, but that’s not on the restaurant.
