Just ordered through Uber Eats and they always forget something but today they forgot to add my daughter’s whole happy meal. The only reason I ordered through Uber Eats is because I don’t have. A vehicle but I called this store and they said I can go pick it up which obviously I cannot. This is the second time we have missing food items

I order 2 chicken biscuits, 2 hash browns, and a large ice coffee. I get to the window, the lady tells me how much it is in Spanish. I don’t understand because I do not speak Spanish. But I give her a $10.00 bill and she only gives me a dollar in change. I don’t understand why when the coffee was free,because I used my app. Then I get to the window to get my food. They only get me one chicken biscuit
So I paid for the I give them the money for the other one. But they don’t give me my money back now. She accuses me of stealing money from her, mind you. I’ve worked at a bank for 26 years. Why would I steal $3 from McDonald’s? They should not hire people that cannot speak or understand English correctly. I understand their jobs are of value to all of us.But if I approach you and you cannot understand me, bring me somebody who can speak English just as I do for my customers.

This review is for Jackie ! He had great customer service 10/10. Jackie was very friendly, positive, respectful, and brightened up my night. I usually drive here in here at night time, however they claim to be closed or just don’t offer the same customer service. This was a very refreshing fast food experience, GIVE JACKIE A RAISE!

Amazing location! Clean and got my order quick as usual. Even got myself a little show. Here’s the story, lol. I walked into the location. 2 male co-workers were lying in the seats. A female co-worker walked up to him and ran her hand up the bottom of his leg, all the way up to the groin region. I was standing literally 2 feet away, she looks over at me and then quickly ran to the bathroom. Was interesting to see lol i don’t care because my order was out quick anyway.

I got mcchickens they were okay can’t go wrong really with it, only thing the lady who brought my food was visibly in pain, shame on the manager that is willing to put an employee through the curbside delivery knowing she can barely walk, every step looked like she was in pain. Shame on you, take care of your employees. I’m giving her effort a 5 star.

I ordered an orange juice. I took a sip of my drink and noticed a fly under my lid. I took the cup to the front and told the young, Hispanic worker about the situation. He told me, “It comes like that.” I looked at him confused but laughed it off because I thought maybe he was joking. He took my drink to the back behind their stand, and added ice to make the drink look fuller and a new lid. He must think I’m dumb because every time I order this drink it never comes with ice. It’s already cold so no ice is needed. Also, the picture with the fly proves my point that it does not come with ice. I ended up throwing my drink away.
I also had another worker be annoyed when I asked for my other cup that they forgot to give me.
Attached are pics of cups with fly and no ice, and a pic of my drink after they “remade” it.
Don’t come here because the workers don’t care about you.
This happened around 7:45pm 12/24/23 if the owners/corporate want to check their cameras. Merry Christmas to me!
