Ive been to this McDonald’s countless times, because its the closest to home and its literally ALWAYS something. They leave you at the ordering station in the drive through forever, sometimes forget you’re there. Your food is NEVER ready at the window, they are always pulling you up to a curbside spot, where they’ll leave you for 10-15 minutes easy. Dont bother ordering curbside, they’ll never bring you out your food, they’ll leave it inside, and let it get cold until you finally go inside and discover there isnt even a food runner staffed. Easily the worst McDonald’s all around in the area. I would rather drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the one down the street

This place always has issues with shake machine not working. Always has a issues with preparation of ordered. The lines aren’t long vmvut you have to park in a number spot for them to bring out your order every damn time. I can run this store better but its gonna cost you alot without damn experience.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a McDonald’s, mainly due to extremely poor hygiene and complete disregard for basic food safety standards.
I witnessed employees working in unacceptable conditions. One employee was wearing torn pants exposing his underwear, which is absolutely inappropriate and unsanitary for a food service environment. Another employee had long hair reaching the middle of his back with no hair net or any form of protection, creating a serious and obvious risk of food contamination.
To make matters worse, multiple employees were using their cell phones while handling food. Cell phones are widely known to be among the most contaminated objects people carry, and using them without proper handwashing is a major violation of basic hygiene practices.
For a global brand like McDonald’s, this level of negligence is shocking. Management needs to take immediate action to enforce hygiene standards and properly train staff. This location clearly does not meet the expectations or safety standards customers should be able to trust. I was forced to give one star because the platform does not allow posting a review without selecting at least one. If there were a negative star option, I would give it.

I’m sure the owner will reply wanting “more details”, but I think you can get the picture if you put all of the reviews together and realize that this owner doesn’t care, or lives in another country and is out of touch with what is going on at this location, or both, because that’s the only way to explain it. This is a total disgrace to the franchise. The employees were doing the best they could but it is uncontrolled chaos to say the least. I ordered 3 waters, a coke, and a vanilla cone. I was met at the window with the cone and was told to pull up and wait for someone to bring the drinks out. Really??? Okay. I waited 5-7 minutes after I pulled into the twilight zone, and decided to go inside and get them myself. When I went in, two girls were leaving in frustration without their food, and there was an unhappy crowd waiting for their orders. I stuck my head around the corner to see if someone would listen, and finally got someone to bring the drinks to me. The waters were correct but the coke somehow turned into a Dr. Pepper. This franchise has a long history of being a total disaster. I don’t know how the owner can live with himself, and I don’t know how McDonalds allows them to stay in business operating this way.

This was terrible. This location consistently has an issue with quality and with speed. The owner of this location should have his located taken back by McDonalds. Nothing has been right when it comes to here. Avoid this place like the plague.

Legitimately horrible on multiple occasions. Usually forget something in the kids meal. Tonight… only 1 burger when 2 were ordered and forgot apples in 3 kids meals… half the time they forget the kids toys. I hate that this is the most convenient by us. As it is the worst.

Used to be a great place, but the service and quality have declined in the last couple of years. They always park you at the drive thru instead of serving the customers. Last time I waited 10 minutes for my order. The food wasn’t fresh when they did finally bring it to the car. The staff is rude. Fast food is supposed to be just that…fast.

I can’t really give this McDonald’s I one star even I went in to get a chicken ranch wrap went outside. They gave me the spicy one went back in to get a new one and they gave me the same spicy one again it’s a big playground in at McDonald’s. I don’t even know who’s in charge of that place. I used to work over there, but I never went there. It’s like it’s bad in there. It’s a big hangout. That’s all it is. It’s ridiculous. I had to get a refund for my food. I’ll never go back there again. Never never never never. I’m pissed off. That place should be closed down

worst McDonalds I have ever been to and I’m not being dramatic. I was in the drive thru for 30 minutes before I received my food, and when i did receive my food it was damn near cold. Not only that, my stomach started hurting IMMEDIATELY when I ate the food. I have been here so many times but this was my last straw. Im so shocked how this place is still running considering all the other horrible reviews. The owner is most likely incompetent and dumb if he/she does nothing to solve this issue. Also I see the owner replies with a stupid link to every bad review. Maybe try communicating with the customers?? This place won’t be in business much longer.
