On 12/9 I went thru the driver thru to pickup lunch for me and my daughter. When I returned to work I discovered that they only gave me half of my order. I called them and explained that I did not receive my entire order. They apologized and said they would create me a credit ticket for the items not received that could be used within the next 30 days. So today, 12/12/25, I return to the location, explain that I should have a credit. They find the credit and tell me to proceed into the line to receive my food. I receive the food and go on back to work, only to find out that they have given me a drink that I can not drink. It was not the drink that was on the original order. It was a coke. Now some might say, well that’s not a big deal, but it is for me. I am diabetic, which is why I get an unsweet tea/diet lemonade. At this point I am frustrated with them. Normally they do a good job but they are off this week.

Hands down the best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to!! My fiancé and I are driving back from Tennessee to our home in Louisiana. We made a pitstop here and everything was phenomenal. Devi was super nice and attentive as well as the other staff members. Will definitely return for our next trip!

I came to this location on a Friday two weeks ago and we had a good meal here. We all had the original chicken sandwich with fries along with the chick-fil-a dipping sauce. I liked the sandwich a lot but wished it had more salad and the Chick-Fil-A sauce was good with fries. Their milkshakes at most chick-for-a’s is good all the time. The restaurant was quite clean. Despite the fact that there were a quite of a number of college student athletes in the restaurant, they didn’t bother us. It would seem that Friday could be a busy day there

I ordered just the chicken and drink no fries. Cashier assumed my husband did not want fries../wrongo .when we got the order there was no fries. I walked up front and was assisted immediately. Just took care of it fast and we got the fries.

To go order placed at 10:10 for breakfast. Drive all the way down to this location (20mins), tap im here and says they canceled the order bc it’s past the breakfast time. I’m there at 10:31. Took my money at 10:10 as well. Call manager and they say “oh yea it’ll be refunded in 2-3 days”.
Don’t let me place an order if you can’t fill it. Also, I’ll take my gas money back as well.
