Went in today for a Matcha drink and needed to have it re made. Jazz was the barista that helped out and although it was pretty busy, she didn’t seemed bothered or irritated that I asked her. The order took a bit longer to get it just right but Jazz kept me informed about why. She was positive, friendly and eager to get my order right. Ive never had a problem with service at this location and will continue to order my matcha drinks. Jazz thank you for your kindness and great customer service!!

Good morning 6 AM this morning on Friday went to Starbucks like I always do order my caramel macchiato and a hot danish pull around to the window and sat for at least a few minutes waiting for the young lady to open the window and say good morning but as you see, she was too busytalking I had to cut the video short so that it could post but her behavior this morning was unacceptable

Haven’t got matcha drinks down yet. Ordered here & got a super clumpy drink. Definitely drank some powder & it stuck in my throat for a while . Asked for a remake & less powder but still nasty this actually made me sad cause I was thinking about this drink all day.

This location needs extreme training on how to make a matcha latte.. there is no way every single other store makes it right but this one. Went in yesterday for two items, matcha latte was really bad with green pieces all over it… called and spoke to manager got it replaced but this is what I got again.. tastes really bad.

Terrible. Made a mobile order. Waited for 5 minutes past the time the mobile order was to be done and still no completed order. Went to the front counter to ask for some help about the mobile order. The woman stated “mobile orders are over there.”

Yes, I know that. I’m not quite the stupidest person on the planet. Horrible customer service. Unable to make a simple cup of coffee. One of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Seriously considering dropping Starbucks all together. They’re incapable of getting a simple cup of coffee done via a mobile order.

This is a very busy location but well organized. Their system or teamwork allowed them to get drinks out rapidly. The Batista mis heard me. She thought I asked for oat milk instead of oat meal. The error was corrected. I was very satisfied with the service, my drink and oatmeal with all the toppings.

This location of Starbucks is so wonderful!! I recently popped-in through the drive-thru on my way to Austin to grab a coffee to enjoy during my drive, and this Starbs took great care of me. The staff are very kind + efficient, and my venti-sized PSL extra hot with oat milk was made just as I ordered it. 🙂

Dear Starbucks Management,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at this location. When I arrived, I waited at the register for about five minutes with no acknowledgement from the employee. It wasn’t until another customer stood behind me that I was finally greeted.

During my interaction, I felt judged based on my appearance. I am currently attending trade school to become an electrician, and like many blue-collar workers, I may not always look “polished,” but I expect to be treated with the same respect as any customer.

When I asked for water, I was told I had to order something first. Then I asked if bottled water was available, and the employee said it was but at a cost of $2.95. I agreed and paid, but I was not given a receipt. When I went back to request one, the receipt was printed as “To Go,” even though I was dining in.

This experience left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome—especially during a very difficult time in my life, as I recently lost my best friend just two days ago.

The moral of the story is this: no customer should be judged by appearance. Respect and kindness go a long way. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be returning to this store.

I rate the service 1 star for customer care.

Lovely place to have a small business meeting and get some work done. I ordered a dragonfruit lemonade, sausage sandwich, and a pumpkin muffin. The drink was quite delicious! Came out incredibly fast and the pumpkin muffins are as delicious as ever, I’m always excited when it’s pumpkin season.

Staff were so friendly and quick about getting everything out.
