Went in for a remake and was given a hard cheese cup and soggy fries after waiting fifteen minutes for the order and was told they were waiting on the cheese. Looks like the cheese as been waiting too long. Fries soggy and not even filled up the container. Could have cooked three order of fries for as long as I was waiting for food that sucks.

Euan helped me at the register and made my shake. Evan was pleasant, helpful, and professional. Food was great! I got the Colorado big dogs. Please make them permanent, not limited time. I had tons of green chillies on the dogs. They were very satisfying. The Oreo shake was good as well. If you like it thicker, just ask. I forgot to ask for thicker this time. Everyone here was very pleasant. I had great service here! Kudos to the team here! I will be back.

OMG, I have been wanting to try this place as I do love a good burger and am I glad I did. Hector was amazing! Not only did he take our order, delivered the food to our table and still checked in on us while we were eating. Exemplary customer service, professionalism and a welcoming attitude! Wow! Wow! Wow! I’m a director of operations for fast casual chains and this is how an operation is meant to be ran. Derek and the team were on point across the board from 5 points of contact to customer service to quality and exceeded expectations of the product. I go to smashburger frequently since they opened in Colorado and lately from Denver to Church Ranch the quality and service has declined. But today I found my regular smashburger spot because I was served the best smashburger I’ve ever had and was so happy to enjoy it the way it’s supposed to be prepared and served. Great team! Great training! Great Management! Exceptional service! Unbeaten smashburger location in Colorado. Not paid for the review or any BS this is a real smashburger location. Damn! Damn! Damn!

For fast food burgers, these are some of the best for the price. Got a few burgers to share and loved all of them. The spicy fries and waffle fries were also super tasty. They were out of ice cream so I didn’t get to try a shake but overall it didn’t make the experience that much worse.

UPDATE: Outside of the reply to this review the owner never follow up, never actually apologized, and took over a week to refund me. One of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a long while. It’s too bad my family liked the food here.
Ordered online was given a pickup time order was marked as complete. I showed up and was told it would be another 20 mins. They don’t care about people’s time and are fudging the numbers.

It’s a Smash Burger, you’ve got to know what you’re getting. The burgers are and fries are great and the atmosphere is typical burger joint. But the best part is that cashier, Santiago, is super nice and will do magic tricks for you while you wait for them to make your order!

Ordered fries and a milkshake. Took 20 minutes to get my order and the place wasn’t busy at all.
At least my fries while be fresh I thought, but no. The fries were room temp and completely unsalted.
And when I thought it couldn’t get worse, I tried the milkshake. At first I was confused as to what it was drinking, then I took the lid off the cup and realized it was just a couple scoops of ice cream floating in a large cup of milk.
If I hadn’t been made late by the crazy long wait, and been able to try to food before rushing out, I would’ve asked for my money back.
Such a waste of $15
