Horrible drive thru service today at 11:00 tall new guy with dark brown hair needs not to have a customer facing role. Definitely not a people person and not a welcoming encounter. Literally I have a disability and pulled in the wrong lane I thought both lanes were for drive thru service it was no one there in either lane when I noticed I apologized and asked if he could please place the order he said drive back around now mind you no one was there in either lane. Then he kept having us repeat stuff then the audacity to ask what kind of car I was driving like focus on the customer service because it was a horrid experience today and then when asked his name no one hears or understands I asked for a manager but decided to leave a review

I usually expect better from Chick-fil-A, but this visit was underwhelming. I placed a mobile order for a simple #1 meal and 4 brownies… and ended up waiting quite a long time with no updates or communication from staff.

Unfortunately there was no acknowledgment of the delay, which made the experience feel impersonal, especially for a brand that usually prides itself on service.
UPDATE: I wanted to give the location another chance, I want to thank chick fil a for coordinating a much smoother experience today 12/26/25 with mobile ordering. It’s so much more convenient when it’s easy to order thru app and the workers are able to acknowledge your order and keep customers happy and restaurant running smoothly! Looking forward for the continued service like always chick fil a

The food itself was fine once I finally got it, but the lack of urgency and customer care made this location feel like it’s slipping.

Hopefully, it was just an off day!

Would return, but definitely hoping for better service next time!

This review is for the owner/management of this location. We love our local Chick-fil-a & its employees. But we have noticed that the heaters haven’t been working for a couple of months now….in the dead of winter. We were there this week & all of the employees standing outside were shivering trying to stay warm in freezing cold temperatures. Please do better & fix your heaters!

We had the BEST experience. Our son wanted to go to CFA for his fourth birthday. We decided to go to this location because they still have their play place (yay!). They treated him like royalty! They brought him (and his sister) a cow visor and stuffed cow for his birthday. ❤️ Everyone was SO nice to him! They made him (and us) feel so special!

This was such a bad experience. I placed a mobile order for breakfast and the app asked if I was ready for the order to be prepared. I pressed prepare now and it charged me. I scanned the QR CODE at the drive thru. I went up to the window. I couldn’t find the order transaction, but it did charge me. I verified it was at the Dacula location. The people at the window were nice, but they could not help me. I would have dealt with the charge at another time and I would have been happy to place another order. They said breakfast was over it 10:31am… made me feel like the Chick-fil-A kindness was fake.

This location is usually solid but not today. I placed an order for carry out on the app. As I get my food and am driving away, I notice there are only FOUR fries with my meal. Not only that, but there was some kind of crumbs on them. I don’t think it was some new seasoning. It seems like these were the last of the fries ready and they decided to send them out rather than wait on fresh ones. This fast food chain is too expensive to be under serving their guests both on quantity and quality.

I go to this one because the Chick-fil-A across the bridge is even worse. I now feel like I have to travel if I want Chick-fila. The staff wasn’t great and I asked for decaf coffee and they refused to make it. Do better.

Staff.. top tier, excellent service!! ITS 19 degrees outside and the manager/owner has employees outside taking orders at 530am. I’d like to see the owner stand out here and serve people in the cold. I promise you I’d rather or the through a screen.

Came through the drive thru today (11/08/2025) around 2:55 PM. The girl with the brown hair in a pony tail working at the drive thru window has THE WORST customer service skills! She was extremely rude because the card reader wasn’t working and gave us an attitude because she had to scan our card more than once and we were not aware of the card reader having issues considering we used the card reader after we completed our order and the girl that took our order never mentioned the card reader being down. We get to the window and this little girl had the nerve to give us attitude….put her in the back…she has 0 customer service skills.

My husband and I came down here from Ohio to visit our son and his family.
We took our grandson to chick fil a and everyone was so nice., especially Ana! She came over to check on us a couple of times… seeing our grandson is 14 months old. She even offered to get us refills. She also kept up with the dining room floors with the broom.
