This McDonald’s at 12290 South Cleveland Ave always gives great customer service. The food is always hot and fresh. I also want to give a shout out to Vanessa and Tammy at the drive-thru windows. They are always super nice and give great customer service. This is the best staff and management this store has had in a long time. I always come in the mornings for my coffee and the service is always wonderful and my coffee is always hot and fresh.

This McDonald’s is consistently terrible. The food is always wrong and the instructions are never followed. Literally ordered two sausage egg and cheese McMuffins and 2 hash browns and a large coffee… received a medium coffee and no hash browns and the sandwiches are cold and the egg is undercooked. Literally almost $6 for 2 hash browns on Uber Eats. The time before, charged for modifications but didn’t receive them. I live in the area and idk why I keep giving them a try. Going to start driving the extra mile to go to a different one. Absolutely disappointed.

Placed my order on the app. Arrive at drive thru (its 1:30AM, I work overnight) and they tell me I cant have my order cause they are ONLY serving breakfast!! They mumbled some crap about the grill maybe they cleaned it, I could barely understand them but they refused to make my order. The app wont even ALLOW me to order off the breakfast menu at this time. Apparently from google reviews this is a common problem and I am PISSED!! I was just turned away and the employees could care less, not to mention any deal I used for the order can no longer be used at a different location that isnt being absolutely absurd!
**In response to the lame autoresponse… this has been happening at this location for atleast a month according to the other review I saw from someone else on here. I have already sent a complaint through the app and plan on reporting yall to Corporate… get ur crap together!

So frustrating that I place an order on the app. Just to go all the way to pick it up, just to be told that they can’t make my order. That they’re only serving breakfast, even though I ordered way before they started serving breakfast and went to the store to pick it up way before breakfast started and was told that it wasn’t their problem.They just work there, and that they don’t run the app. So immature. Especially the manager, who was no help, said the same thing that they don’t run the app and that they are in breakfast. Fix your app and fix your staff. If you guys can’t make an order have some common decency and call your guest before they drive all the way just to be told their order can’t be made.

last time i came here, they didn’t give me the sauce for my nuggets. whatever, everyone makes mistakes. tonight i TRIED coming here around 10pm, and sat at the speaker while multiple cars in the other lane who arrived after me got helped and i got ignored. to be clear there was no cone or signage marking the lane as closed. i don’t take kindly to being disrespected, so i went and spent my money at taco bell instead. just incredibly rude and makes me not want to come back to this location, ever

I orders for dine in , I first tried to use kiosks but ofc they didn’t work then ordered at the front counter after waiting over 20 mins just to place my order and I was the 3rd person in a line.long story short my burger was not cooked correctly. I thought I’d give it another try a different day before complaining and order for dine in the female brought my food to my table in a bag I then explained to her it was for dine in (mind you this is the same female who did this before times I’ve came so this was her second time doing it)she just stared back and said oh.The ticket even says dine in …the service definitely could be better .

I buy breakfast lunch and dinner there mostly every day I love this place. It makes it very easy for me as a mother of five so I don’t have to do the cooking and the cleaning so yes, I love eating there.. McDonald’s

waited over 10 minutes to even have our order taken (we sat at the order kiosk in the drive thru in silence), just to be told we had to cancel our mobile order because they were no longer serving dinner, and were serving breakfast food (contrary to what the app says) in the rudest way i’ve ever been spoken to.
