It was a big party of 14, we called a few weeks ahead, but they failed to keep employees in the loop and forgot/ needed to scramble to get the table ready when we arrived at stated time. (noon on a Sat). Service was slow, but we managed to get a great Happy Birthday lunch and she got a free dessert! Overall a good experience, but they need to keep a better calendar/ paperwork. Wheel chair and kid friendly!

If I could recommend to eat at this restaurant, my answer wouldn’t even come out. The service was horrible, even with the kiosk machine on our table reaching for the waitress attention, they left us waiting more than 10 minutes. Not only that our food was cold, I found hair in my pasta, the meat wasn’t cooked properly nor the chicken Alfredo dish. I wouldn’t even recommend tipping. Wouldn’t come here again. Just straight up awful.

My boyfriend and I ate here this evening (Valentine’s Day 2026), we hadn’t ate at Olive Garden in years, it sounded good. I am glad we did, we had a fantastic experience. There was a wait, which was to be expected, it’s not only a weekend evening, but a holiday. Once we were seated, everything was PERFECT. Our waitress was phenomenal, I wish I paid attention to her name, but I didn’t, she was an average height, thin, long-haired blonde with a red ribbon in her hair. She was on it, she got everything we asked for and right when we asked for it, checked on us the perfect amount of times (enough but not bothersome), made our “cokes with an insane amount of grenadine” perfectly. We really couldn’t have asked for a better waitress, as busy as she was, I don’t know how she did it, but it’s sure appreciated! Our food was super good, I got chicken scampi and he got chicken and cheese tortellini, out fast, hot, and delicious! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience! ♥️

Visited on 10/17/25 around dinner time. Food was amazing and brought out quick even with being kinda busy. Everything cooked to perfection. We loved the specialty drinks. Very unique and delicious! The staff that we interacted with were all very pleasant and genuinely seemed liked they cared about our experience.

It was a great experience overall with solid dishes and nice size portions. The manager who delivered our food was very friendly and our server Taylor didn’t miss a beat. My only suggestion would be to make sure your salads are served cold. We had Taylor refill ours and it was much better than the initial.

You know what to expect here. Very plain-Jane type pasta and “Italian” type of dishes. Except they somehow screwed them up.
We got the never-ending pasta – which is honestly a great value, and the fried shrimp.
The shrimp were so salty that we could only stomach a few of them before giving up.
For the never-ending pasta dishes, you do have to pay an upgrade charge to get any meat. So we did that. But I don’t think it was worth it. The meatballs were oddly flavored and dry – very hard to stomach. And the sauce wasn’t particularly appetizing either. This might be the strategy to prevent you from eating too much pasta.
But the salad and breadsticks were solid here.
They can also accommodate large parties, so that’s a win.

I forgot the pictures we were having such a great time. We had the endless soup, salad, and bread sticks. The zuppa soup and the gnocchi ones are delicious ALWAYS! I’m sad I don’t remember our waitresses name, she was amazing, Super helpful, and friendly but again I was in my own head coming out for a bite to eat. The salad was tasty as usual and the bread sticks were salty and soft so you get to dip them in the soup for the perfect bite.

Went for dinner 1/31/26 around 9:30 and our server Emily was the best! I tried the 6 oz. sirloin and it unfortunately took 3 tries to get my steak right. Asked for a medium well steak and kept getting a rare. I’m pregnant so I can’t really have rare but Emily made sure that they got it right. Was delicious once I ate it! Will definitely be coming back for her excellent service alone

3/3/2026 11am- Lily was fantastic! She was so attentive but not hovering. Kept up on refills and made sure everything tasted good. That was probably the best batch of zuppa soup I’ve had in the years I’ve eaten here.
