Food was fresh, hot and delicious. The place didn’t feel very clean on the inside, I think it was the old icky carpet that gave that feeling. They did have chocolate peanut butter milkshakes so that was a plus. Didn’t use the restroom.

The most important thing to say is consistency, consistency. This is the only eat in Pals that I am aware of but no matter which one you go to, the food and service is always quick and good. This particular location is not open for breakfast like the drive thru’s are.

The absolute best fast food chain I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating at. The customer service paired with the incredible leadership creates an amazing environment for customers alike. This coupled with Pal’s drive to always delight customers will always and forever hold a special place in the hearts of the people visiting there for the first time or being a regular customer. Nothing will ever beat the amazing food quality of the big pal and literally every other food item on the menu. So many options for foods, drinks, and shakes leave goosebumps on me just thinking about it. The attitudes of the leadership is always geared towards people and that kind of leadership shows fellow employees working how to treat customers and they do. The fact that this world is so blessed to have this fast food chain exist let alone extremely affordable gives the world a piece of heaven.

First they got my order and my girlfriends order wrong then they shorted us ten dollars when they gave us our change back. Totally crappy. Wouldn’t recommend you pull off without checking your change and you’re order. . Worst experience that Ive ever experienced at any pals.
