I will regularly order through DoorDash from this IHOP. Recently when I had an issue with a delivery order, the mgr, Armando was quick to take care of it and went above and beyond my expectations.
This week my family dined in late night for my birthday. Our server, Jarrett and mgr, Armando made sure to give friendly and exceptional service and make it extra special.
The food was great (I love the sirloin tips, their crepes and pancakes are great, and so many other great options!), restaurant/
bathrooms were clean, and my birthday dessert was delicious.
I will always recommend this IHOP for its food, staff, and service. It’s my favorite IHOP!

The food is AMAZING. I always order the Cowboy BBQ steakburger, and it doesn’t stop short of divine. The service is phenomenal, and Angelica is one great server! The manager, Armando is very kind, and always ready to help at any time. I like to visit this IHOP all the time, as they are always very welcoming! Their cleanliness of the restaraunt is always top-tier, and if there’s a dirty table, the employees are always quick to act. The atmosphere is very cozy, and the train is a nice add-on to the place, adding to it’s family-friendly environment.

I love dining at this IHOP. The spicy poblano omelette is absolutely delicious, especially for those who like a little kick to their omelettes. The service is great, and the manager, Armando is very friendly, and always willing to help. Wendy is a great server, ready to help at any given time. The atmosphere is very calming and welcoming. Very clean restaurant.

I had a great experience at this IHOP. Armando, the manager, was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. He showed excellent communication skills, checked on us throughout the meal, and made sure everything was exactly how we needed it. His friendly and accommodating attitude really stood out and made our visit enjoyable. It is clear he cares about his customers and the quality of service. I will definitely be coming back thanks to the way he and the staff treated us.

Came in on short notice in a time crunch. The Food came out very quick. The coffee was nice and hot. Refills were very timely, the eggs were perfectly scrambled and i was even offered extra butter for my pancakes. Quick and friendly service! Will return! Thank You Jaciel!

Our waiter was impatient and not understanding on how to explain the offers to us. She was fed up with us asking questions on the get unlimited pancakes with omelette offer when she is the one who told us about it to begin with. She was also ignoring us when we were calling her politely to be able to order. She ignored us three times which is very unacceptable and giving us attitude while getting our order wrong as well. I am allergic to strawberries and she confirmed there would be no strawberries, but she put strawberries on the plate and after she had to correct her order, then she began to be polite with us all of a sudden.

Leaving a comment because of my experience at this IHOP location. Food was delicious, came out warm, and I had the pleasure of being serviced by Shirley. She was very attentive, keen to detail, and came back to check on us multiple times. I would definitely come back because of the exceptional service I was given.
