Worst ever. Sheila (new) has to be asked for our coffee but never brought us water. Had to ask another waitress for that. Our food was LEFT in the pass (left sitting) because when we received it, it was cold, cold. Genius Sheila decided to warm it up in the microwave bringing us back nuked food on hot plates. Asked for the person in charge and they “claimed” to prepare the food again but OBVIOUSLY didn’t. My food came back with less sirloin tips covered in onions and uncooked mushrooms. I should have followed my first mind and went somewhere else. I simply just wanted pancakes and they disappointed….dry and I believe they’ve gotten smaller. Ihop you guys suck!!!!

Food was good, but they were very skimpy on the fixings. Our waitress was horrible and a woman of few words, didn’t know how to smile or be friendly. She checked on us only to take our order, bring our food, and then silverware 5+ mins later. Never got refills. She only had two tables, one walked in towards the end. The other people were not thrilled with the service either. I waited about 20 minutes for the check, if not more. I have never had such unfriendly and slow service at an IHOP until today. Name was Katelyn C. I think she was new, so I tired my best to be patient. Besides the service, the floor was pretty dirty, bathrooms didn’t have any paper towels in either one.

My husband went there in the late afternoon about 2:00 after his surgery. There wasn’t anybody else there which kind of concerned me, but we figured because of the time was why it was empty. The food really good. Our waitress, Carlee was wonderful. Yes we were the only ones there but we had fun talking and laughing. I would go back empty or full again.

Had reservations for 10 people . All arrived at 1045. Reservations were for 11. It’s 1137 and we still haven’t been seated. 1201 and we are now seated.
1224 and we have have not seen a waitress.
1242 and we have our ice water and coffee
Our waitress threw chairs after she left our table because I guess she drew the short straw
There are 6 people in the restaurant besides us
1255 and we are still waiting on sausages and bacon side orders
We gave up on side orders.
Checked out. Receipt received. Incorrect. Never received fruit cup or bacon. Ticket 8 dollars less after asking for it to be removed

We were the only customers when we ordered. My boyfriend ordered the fish platter. Once our food was done, the server handed him shrimp and said “we are out of fish and my manager said to give you shrimp instead”. He ate it because we had other plans, but why would a server not tell him and ask what he wanted instead? What if he had a shellfish allergy?! The food was decent, but not worth the 40$. I can understand why we were the only customers at 6:30 PM

We went on Christmas day around 2:30 and at first I thought they had a long wait list but to my surprise it was a large group departing. They were busy but got our table immediately. Our waitress was super sweet and took awesome care of us. The food was great and had plenty to take home for later. I had ordered a fajita omelette that came with three pancakes, My son ordered chicken and pancakes and my friend ordered a double cheeseburger with fries, it was all delicious. The only thing I could complain about was they needed to turn on the AC, it was a little warm and I felt bad for our waitress because she was feeling that heat too and they wouldn’t let them turn the air up. We drove about 15 miles to go to this location (we live 3 miles from the Cabot IHOP) and I am glad we did. We will definitely be back!!

I’m giving 5 stars because we came on Christmas and were sat right away. Our server, Chelsea, was sweet and very attentive. The food was good. My only complaint is the fact that corporate controls the air. I’m in Arkansas so on Christmas Day the temp was 76° and it felt like an oven in here. Shame on corporate for making their employees, who are working on Christmas Day, suffer and work through sweltering heat and blazing hot kitchens. Not only are the employees suffering but the customers are too. That needs to be fixed.

Food was horrible. Only thing that was good from my biscuit and gravy combo was the bacon and hash browns. Gravy was literally water and sausage is rubbery and sticks to your teeth. Cindy our waiter was not very nice, had an attitude the entire time and was nice to other people besides us. Everytime we asked for something she acted like it put her out to do it. And WE DIDN’T EVEN GET REGULAR SILVERWARE.

I have never been so cold in a restaurant! It was 37 degrees outside, and the restaurant had no heat. Not because it was broken, but because corporate controls the heat and won’t let them turn it on. It was so cold that we had to eat with our jackets and hats on. Our food came out hot, but within 5 minutes, it was ice cold. I feel for the staff working! I’m amazed at how callous corporate management is! Leaving your staff and customers to freeze is just bad business!

I highly recommend not eating here. The food is terrible and after spending almost 100 bucks to feed my family I am so disappointed. The server was nice despite the manager not being helpful because they were new. The pancakes came out burnt and we had to send them back, The food was cold, they ran out of the side that we ordered and instead of letting us know they sent out two orders of a different side which ended up being french fries and they were cold and hard as a rock. The manager was very rude when we asked her to correct our ticket accordingly. We ordered T-Bone and sirloin tips medium well that came out well done and rubbery.
