It’s been awhile since we came and they did not disappoint at all. We were a party of 10 and got sat within minutes. Our waitress Chloe was just the sweetest and amazing. She was so attentive and we never had to ask for anything. The food was delicious and very flavorful. Greatly seasoned was everything. The ambiance was nice too. Would definitely come back again and recommend.

Mixed Feelings About Recent Visit – Great Flavor, But Portion Size Disappointing
I’ve eaten at the Chili’s on Robert C Daniel Jr. Parkway multiple times and usually enjoy my experience, so I wouldn’t say this visit was terrible by any means. In fact, I’ve always appreciated their generous portion of chips and salsa — definitely a highlight for me and something I’ll never complain about.
However, during my most recent visit (yesterday), I ordered the 3 for Me deal. The burger was fantastic — full of flavor and cooked well. But the portion of fries that came with it was honestly disappointing. It felt like less than a handful, and I was surprised by how little there was on the plate.
When I asked about it, the waiter told me that the portion size was correct and that the manager was approving all plates as part of quality assurance. I understand consistency is important, but if this is the standard amount, it’s worth reconsidering.
I included a photo in this review so you can see for yourself — I don’t think I’m exaggerating. While I still think the meal deal is a great value overall, the sides need to reflect that too. If this is the portion size being served regularly, I’m sure I won’t be the only customer raising concerns. And it makes me hesitant about paying for “extra” — since there’s no clarity on what that actually means.
I’ll continue eating here because I do enjoy the food and the atmosphere, but I hope the team takes this feedback seriously. A great deal is only great when the portions feel fair.
P.S. I wasn’t alone the portion size of the fries was the same as for my guest as well.

Wait was a little long even though I had a reservation. And staff didn’t seem to have sense of urgency for a Saturday night. Otherwise the food was AMAZING. Really enjoyed the dessert for my birthday as well!

Great service as always! Today, my husband, mom, and I went here for late lunch/early dinner. Check out these unjust photos. They were surprisingly busy, but our server stayed on top of things. The food and atmosphere were awesome.

Inside is a classic chilis atmosphere, chain restaurant, but with a local touch. Food is always consistent. My husband got the classic triple dipper with sliders, fried mozzarella, and chicken tenders in Nashville hot. I got the ancho salmon, off the guiltless menu, and was pleasantly surprised with crispy, tender, flavorful salmon. I wish the guiltless menu had more options, but then again, who goes to chilis expecting a light meal? Our waiter was a friendly and wonderful young man who made sure everything was to our liking. Casual, consistent, and continuously good.

While there a server did come to our table! A very sweet woman named Logan, came by and serviced us GRACEFULLY. She was very thoughtful by checking on us at the perfect times. It was not overwhelming and it was not the bare minimum. The service was just right. My children and my friend were very pleased with how Logan turned the experience around for us!

This was my first Chili’s visit ever. The triple dipper was AMAZING! I ordered it as my entree, and it did not disappoint. The fried mozzarella is stringy, the chicken tenders crispy, and the burgers juicy. I ordered a side of the street corn, and it was so juicy and full of flavor. The peanut butter pie was expensive ($10!) but really delicious. If I’d known the price, I would have passed.
