I never thought I’d find a worse location that the Chehalis store. However today is the day.

We placed an online order for pickup for our department, (thank you to the best boss,) upon arriving our chicken toaster clubs had no cheese on them.

They ran inside with them, and were back in under two minutes saying we were good to go. Presumably just slapped some cheese on it and threw it under a heat lamp. Not a big deal if I wasn’t one of two customers present at the restaurant.

I arrive back at the business, and upon biting into our sandwiches the chicken was entirely raw.

I myself have already thrown up twice, and my stomach is in knots as I didn’t catch it right away.

Upon requesting a refund we were hung up on, told it would be refunded, then told we’d have to come in to get a refund for those items, and the rest of our order recharged to the card.

Having managed many fast food restaurants, restaurants in general I’m well aware of the POS system; and refund process. You’d think with a probably salmonella case from poor quality control, food handling, and order inspection they’d be likely to refund the entire order, and offer store credits.

This location simply doesn’t care about their quality of food, their customers health, customer retention or good business ethics. Stay away unless you want to consume raw food.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, and I’m literally eating a salmonella starter kit. This was my second disaster here, featuring two raw chicken sandwiches that were so pink they were practically clucking.
When I asked for a refund, I was told I had to drive back to the scene of the crime so they could charge me for my other items AGAIN before giving me my money back. Customer service was no help either—they just told me I had to ‘deal with Pete.’ Well, Pete is failing, the chicken is raw, and I’m still hungry. Avoid this place unless you’re looking to get a jump start on your medical deductible.

Mozzarella sticks had patches of raw breading, the burger had a hint of lettuce, on small tomato slice and was very dry. Not worth half the price I paid.
KEEP LOOKING FOR A BETTER RESTAURANT.

Easy to use app. Order ahead and drive up to pick up food. Good service. Sausage burrito is not worth the $3.99 price. It was super small, with very little fillings and flavor. A little egg and even less sausage. It was worse than the super small mcdonalds breakfast burrito. The tots were good.

Didn’t take our full order,no response at intercom, ordered at window got raw hamburger! Tator tot we’re NOT edible too hard overcooked. Loss my family as customer forever. Needs shut down or new ownership
Also driving home tastes our reb bull drink and they must of used soda because there is zero red bull! I’m so disappointed

Absolutely the last straw! We keep giving chances bc at the end of the day, Sonic is what we grew up on! It’s been 5 months since our last visit, usually we order burgers, but it’s never made right and we always end up trying to get it fixed before the manager comes out and ends up giving us a mouth full. Today we ordered hot dogs instead with a cherry coke and light ice. What we get is a coke filled with ice, and two burnt hardly any cheese or chili hot dogs. I didn’t complain this time, bc at this point what’s the point! Owner needs to do a complete renovation of staff, training and customer service! This is unacceptable!

Ordered a standard cheeseburger meal and it looks like your standard meal. Nothing special about it.
We also ordered nuggets which they forgot to bring out. We had to go in and grab our order which defeats the whole point of a drive-in?

The Sonic experience is not what it uses to be! Just blahh. Not the first choice but the I haven’t been there for years let’s try it type of place. It shows when there is no one in the parking lot and cars are empty makes me think employee parking where customers normally are. Very Pricy as well.

Staff is really rude at night, I made an online order and pulled up to the screens to check in and she quickly came on to very rudely tell me that they aren’t coming out and in the middle of me telling her I had an online order (because she said unless i have an online order I have to go to the drive-thru) she cut the speaker and then didn’t answer again. Had to go through the drive-thru, where they were then rude to me again, and I almost just made them refund me and go somewhere else. Else. This isn’t the first time, I don’t know if there’s just no manager at night or what’s going on but they are extremely rude.
