Very disappointed in their work. ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget and large fries and got THIS !!??? only 9 chicken nuggets with no box and 7 fries with no box , also asked for ranch and buffalo and bbq and only got buffalo.

McDonald’s is in McDonald’s. Sometimes you’re gonna get a good order. Sometimes you’re gonna get a bad order. It’s fast food. However, the workers here are amazing! They are all so sweet and welcoming all the time. They have a lot of people who have worked there for a long time, which shows there’s a positive work atmosphere to some extent. They’re so nice. I don’t even care when I get a bad order.

We wanted to try the limited edition Grinch Happy Meal. It includes Grinch socks and dill pickle salt for your fries. The fries are very good! Not sure how long these will be around.

Ordered online , they forgot my burger, my sauces, and gave me the wrong pie. I live 30 minutes away and had to wait 20 minutes, so this was nice I’ll be going to the Lincoln City McDonald’s now.

I don’t usually leave reviews for fast-food places, but this McDonald’s truly deserves it. The service here is exceptional. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, professional, and clearly working hard. You can feel the teamwork as soon as you walk in.
The restaurant was spotless—floors, tables, drink station, everything. Even during a busy time, they kept things clean and running smoothly.
And the service? Fast. I barely had time to pull out my phone before my order was ready. Hot food, fresh fries, and everything exactly how it should be.
It’s rare to see a location so well-run, but this one sets the standard. They deserve recognition for going above and beyond. Highly recommend stopping here if you want the best McDonald’s experience.

Hungry teen is my only reason for visiting McDonalds any more. The food quality is mediocre at best and the service is basically do it yourself. We have compared and you get a better meal for the same money almost any place. This particular store has also apparently discontinued curbside service, there is no longer an option to put in a space number on the app on my device.

I went through the drive thru. The manager said Chicken in the bag. Got all the way home and called no $5.30 sandwich.
Called to have it replaced that was a 12min call.
Then the lady couldn’t understand my name, really?

This was the nicest McDonald’s I’ve been to in years. The manager and her staff were attentive, nice, didn’t wait in line for ever. Also when you were in line 3 people noticed me and said be right there, welcome in, be right there. The restrooms were spotless, the family tables were big and roomy, the floor was clean, the trash was not overflowing, lids, straws, and napkins stocked. Very nice, clean, kid friendly (play place, bring socks to play) and atmosphere here.
