A no frills restaurant. But the service was outstanding. The food was good old southern cooking. The only thing missing was a piece of corn bread. 🙂
You select 3 meats, 2 veggies a dessert and sweet tea or lemonade, for $15.
Baked chicken, BBQ chicken, Fried Chicken, (chicken leg & thigh) Pork chop, BBQ ribs (2) and spot fish.
Veggies/sides: potato salad, Mac& cheese, Yams, collards, mashed w/gravy, butter beans & peas.
Then a few desserts to select from that I can’t recall.
We ordered our food and it was ready in 10 minutes.
We had BBQ chicken, ribs and baked chicken. All had great flavor. The yams were the best I had in years!! Potato salad tastes like my Mom’s so it was delicious and the hubs had mac& cheese.
Like I said, it’s a no frills place but the friendliness of the owners and servers were top notch. We would stop again. They also had a seafood platter on Saturdays. That had red snapper or flounder, shrimp, scallops, fries, hush puppies an slaw. $22.

Very polite, fast service. Need somewhere to eat and get out of car while working. They greeted me and were very friendly
