This is literally the 4th time in a row ive been to this location and they have messed up my order. Tonight I ordered the big arch meal which should have been out today due to the release date. Instead I got two cheese burgers two snack wraps. The only item they got correct was the ten piece nugget. I know they were busy yet now im livid due to not getting what I was expecting. If you didnt have it in stock should have just said and I would have ordered a diffrent meal.

First dude kept interrupting me to ask questions as I’m giving him the answers to them, then I pay go to the second window they get the entire order wrong still somehow, sit at the third window for FIFTEEN MINUTES waiting on a drink and every person I tried telling the order was wrong would just slam the window and walk away, if I could give negative stars I would worst mcdonalds I’ve ever been to. How do you mess up a 10 piece nugget and a drink anyways I could teach a toddler to take that order correctly

I gave praise too soon. This evening I had a McDonald’s Door Dash delivery. The fries were very undercooked again. Our child didn’t eat. Very disappointed. I guess we will be driving and ordering from a less convenient location from now on. Why can’t you consistently cook properly prepared fries? Rediculous.

I am the grandmother of a special needs child that eats very few food items. She loves McDonald’s french fries and we buy them almost every day. Over the last couple of weeks, if we get them in the evening, they are not cooked. Very mushy and limp. Not golden and delicious! They are obviously being pulled up early. PLEASE do not do this! They are terrible. I wouldn’t eat them. But most importantly, she will not. They are NOT true McDonald’s fries that we all enjoy. STOP! It’s worth the wait for everyone!

Please note. This is NOT a 24 hours location. If you work late nights like I do, they close from 3:30am-4:15am to “reboot the computer system for the day”. The app will continue to take your order and they simply just wont make it.

Please avoid this location at all costs, ordered dine in and not only waited a considerable amount of time but was greeted by a bag, not a tray, of loosely piled food. In this bag there were no straws and with the clerk missing it was impossible to find one. Fed up I went home with my food only to find an almost two foot long, greasy, black hair nestled in my quarter pounder. Overall I wasn’t expecting much and yet this experience has topped my previous worst experience at McDonald’s and I can confidently say if you want to fill your cravings for McDonald’s it’s worth the drive to go to another location.

Best McGriddle and hash brown I have ever had at a McDonald’s and I have tried many in NY. You guys do it better here. The McGriddle was soft, fluffy and not overcooked. It also wasn’t too sweet like a lot of them that I have had previously. One of the worker also give us some extra coffee because they had given us too much ice.

That blond hair girl at the window around 11:30 at November 15th was absolutely un professional. I asked for honey mustard and bbq sauce; however, when I sat down to eat it was greater with nothing but a lack of napkins. She should be ashamed of the customer service she provided, as well as , the misrepresentation of the McDonald’s brand. Waited 5 minutes before acknowledged at the drive thru. Waited 10 minutes after that sitting in a line that never moved. Ended up pulling out of the line and going to Wendy’s next door. When I was leaving Wendy’s, with my food, after 10 minutes. I looked at the McDonald’s line, the same cars were still in front.

Every time I have been to his McDonalds they have given me the wrong order and/or been rude. My order is covered in little white hairs, I didn’t get any sauces, no straws, no salt on the fries, and I got the incorrect number of nuggets.
