I ordered two milkshakes, and the process was quick and easy using the self-service kiosk. Everything was straightforward, and the order came out just as expected. It’s been a long time since I had Steak and Shake but this place has me hooked again. The food was fresh and delicious. The shakes are back to being good and not so thick you can’t even drink them. The service was great and the facilities were very clean. Way better choice than McDonald’s or Burger King.

Very welcoming atmosphere. Went with my friend and her child had fun with the claw machine even tho at first we joked about it being a scam, one of the employees joined in on the laughs as well. She won a prize and at the end it was delicious food with laughter and fun just a great time.

We dined in. The fries and hamburges were cold when we got them and the Chili maybe had 4 to 5 beans the rest was broth there was more cheese then anything else in it. I didn’t even eat it and it was $4.99. The best part of the whole meal was the milkshake. We hadn’t ate there un awhile because it wasn’t very good the last time but we decided to give it a try again and it was a repeat of the last visit sealed the deal that will be our last time.

There was an issue with an order a week or so ago through a third party where I never ended up receiving my orders. Austin handled the issue quickly and made the whole process so much easier for me. He was very understanding and determined to make the issue right. I will definitely be ordering again.

My complaint was the rest room – it was dirty and smelly. The garbage hadn’t been removed in a long time. The restaurant was ok – not as clean as I would like, but not disgusting.
There is, essentially, no service. You enter your order on a touch screen, and the cook calls your name when it’s done.
They need to up their game to stay in business, IMHO. I suppose the drive thru is ok, because the food is fine, and you don’t have to deal with the dirty bathrooms.
Update: The owner replied to my lousy review the next morning (read it for yourself). If they follow thru, it will make a big difference for me. I’ll try again in a few weeks to see if there is improvement.

What an incredible turnaround for this restaurant. I am absolutely shocked at how clean this place is now and how well kept the kitchen is. I’m stunned.
It has easily been five years since I have been to this steak and Shake location. My previous visit was disappointing. The restaurant was filthy. The kitchen was unbelievably gross.
I was told it was under new ownership. After my last experience, even that was hard to get by to come in and try this again. However, the staff is friendly. The restaurant is clean. The food was hot. Everything about my last visit that was a disaster is now a complete redemption.
If you haven’t been to steak ‘n Shake in years, this IS NOT the same experience you may have had. Although I don’t know how I feel about the order kiosks in the front of the restaurant, change happens and technology evolves. You don’t get the personalized service with the server, coming to your table and taking your order. However, the staff interactions that I did have were friendly, cordial, professional.
I am excited to know that there is now a good steak ‘n Shake out there, that allows me to get a quick lunch with a good burger that’s not filled with over processed materials. And their french fries here are now cooked in 100% beef tallow and delicious. Not that oversaturated seed oil.
Whoever took over this location as a franchise owner, I don’t know who you are, but hats off to you. After my last visit, I thought this place could never be turned around. You’ve done it. I can’t wait to come back.

It was terrible. We waited for 45 minutes for or food then after checking on it they forgot my grandson chicken. The owner came out and apologized and said he would adjust my debit card which never happened. I called the next day and the worker said he would give the message to the owner. Long story short it has been a week and still no adjustment to my debit card. Very disappointing
