My husband and I went during the week to avoid crowds and we had a great experience. Food was delicious and service was fast and friendly. Prices are reasonable and so are the portions. Environment was friendly and professional, we will definitely be returning for another great meal and time oh! Don’t forget the Margaritas/beer !!!!

Once again, I returned to the Chili’s in Lancaster on Monday night with my family, and the manager Darrel was there. He remembered me from last Thursday when I came with my friends. Every time he’s there when either myself or my friends, it’s different. He makes it a point to genuinely come to each table and talk to all the customers. The employees are attentive and punctual, and the food is always delicious and hot as it hits the table. When he’s there, we noticed that the restaurant is running smoothly with great customer service. He’s a keeper and this is our go to Chili’s because of the atmosphere of Mr.Darrel.

We took our ENTIRE softball team, their parents, and siblings to eat during a tournament break. We had over 25 people with us and the staff took it with ease ! We had Denise as our waitress and Beau was helping her. They were so pleasant, on top of every request, and so attentive to our team for over two hours. THANK YOU to this Chilis team for making sure our team was happy and fed good…. and giving us parents a small break from the day!

My boyfriend and I always come to Chili’s. It’s a delight to go every single time. The food is delicious and we always get friendly service coming in. Today we had a great server named Miranda. She was very attentive and friendly. And Beau was amazing too! All smiles and just great to be around. He made sure we had everything we needed through the entire duration of our meal. I’m so glad my boyfriend and I live close by because we will 100% return. ❤️

At this Chili’s location , there is a vibrant mix of a large sports bar area on one side and a traditional dining space on the other. The TVs in the bar side broadcast sports, creating lively energy, while the restaurant side offers a relaxed, family-friendly vibe.
Our server was attentive and friendly, verified our order and brought our food out hot and fresh. A couple other employees (maybe the Manager and Assistant Manager?) stopped by our booth to assess our experience.
They offer a flavorful dishes like the new honey chipotle cheese sticks (Saucy and full of sweet and tangy flavor yet still slightly crunchy), southwestern egg rolls (delicious), and chicken, steak and shrimp fajitas (served sizzling hot on a skillet).
All of those things couples with their excellent service will entices a person to go back again and again.

I had the Cajun penne with shrimp. All the seasonings were on the shrimp so it made the shrimp so hot that I couldn’t enjoy it. It would have been a good flavor because the penne was good. It was a little busy there was a party beside us but that’s no excuse for the waitress to walk past us and ignore us. We literally had to call her down just to get drink refills. Not a completely bad experience but not one that lives up to the Chili’s reputation. On a side note the other Waiter on the other side of the room grabbed our drinks and refill them on his way past and he was a real nice guy real good waiter. I want to be on his side of the tables next time

The service at the Chili’s in Lancaster was so on point tonight. Manager Beau and server Connor are a rock star team and deserve extra praises from Leadership. I was so impressed by their teamwork to clean tables and move service along. As a corporate baddie, I love seeing this level or teamwork. Way to go Men, YOU ROCK!!

My husband and I had a great experience at this location. We went around 2pm and it wasn’t too busy. Our appetizer and entree came out fast and hot. The waitress we had was very nice and attentive. I wish I remembered her name to give her proper recognition. It was clean and relaxing. The only thing I didn’t like was how loud the music was but I can’t complain because others probably liked it. Overall, I would recommend this location if you’re going in before the dinner crowd. (We both had the Cajun Chicken Pasta and added extra seasoning and sauce. The appetizer was Fried Pickles and Sweet Teas to drink.)
