We came in late from an event. Tried to order food, and it was a big order. Then FOUR individuals came after us and we’re given their food first and we STILL had to wait longer to get it food! Then once we were finishing up, we were told we couldn’t use the bathroom anymore because they were shutting down the lobby. Even though there were 12 people in it! I’ve never seen such disrespect from a chain restaurant!!! You should at least allow the people that paid money for food to use the facilities instead trying to close down the lobby first!!! It was 9:39pm!!!
They were such rude and impolite staff I’ve seen in a long time! And your think they’d have better customer service skills then that since they work in Estes Park! I’ll be going to ANY OTHER restaurant then this McDonald’s when I visit AND I’ll be telling everyone I know about this experience, since I’m a Colorado Native of over 30 years!
If people need some McDonald’s, and are heading up to Estes Park, I’ll make sure to have them go in Boulder before they ever go to the location in town!

I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but the hamburger in the hamburgers are smaller then ever. That’s why I buy the two cheeseburger meal. Good amount of fries. Tasty drink.

This McDonald’s location did not listen to my order. I asked for a cheese burger happy meal with ONLY ketchup. And I got a cheeseburger with mustard, onions and pickles. In my order I also included for them replace my apple slices with extra fries. And they did not listen. I am super dissatisfied with my meal. I expected better considering it is in a nice neighborhood.

Just drove to Estes Park from Lyons to grab McD’s for 3 people. I paid an almost $4 upcharge fee to get 2 large lemonades rather than medium. I get home and I have WATER rather than lemonade. I am furious and will have to rethink going to this McDonald’s. Check your orders, everyone. Apparently, you need to taste the drinks as well before driving off.

Everything was incorrect. I think im probably shrieking into the void here, because there’s a deep language barrier with the staff, even the manager won’t have the reading comprehension to understand this. I ordered breakfast for multiple people, it was all incorrect, this is not an isolated incident with this location. Honestly the inability for the staff to communicate wouldn’t matter to me if they could like, i dunno, get ANYTHING right, but they’re all to often incapable of the most basic task, so the cause of that lack of comprehension feels worth calling out.

We stopped here after a big event to feed myself about about 9 others on our party. The first thing they did was ignore us when we walked in and didn’t acknowledge us after we made several attempts to let them know we had a big party. They tried making us order on the kiosk even after we told them we had a large party. Then they wouldn’t allow us to use the bathroom and we’re very rude about it. Even after we just spent Bunch of money. We had children that had to go to the bathroom and the lady was still so rude. Do not eat here. They’ll treat you very badly and take forever making your food on purpose.

Food was fast and place was clean. This is one of the best locations I’ve seen a McDonald’s at, its very pretty here. I would recommend the outdoor seating. Cups have mountains on them, although I’m not sure how many locations have this specialty.

Prices are expensive just because this area is a tourist attraction which is the excuse I hear constantly. Almost 10 bucks for a meal or just the sandwich. I live in Greeley and the prices down there are cheaper than this. It’s sucks honestly. Glad I don’t live up here because I’d really never come here. My expectation was that they’d be cheaper than others but definitely not. Estse sucks.

I’ve been living here for 6 years, and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had! we did a Curbside Pickup, we waited 25 minutes! and one of the ladies finally came out she didn’t tell us nothing she just handed us our food and had an annoyed look on her face like it was our fault that they took so long to bring us our food. Then when we got home we noticed that they didn’t give us our daughters chicken nuggets we had to go all the way back! which that even took awhile and no apology by that same woman. Also all the ladies that work there are so snobby and rude! I told one of the other ladies at the drive through “I’m sorry, I forgot to order a drink for my daughter she then Rolled Her Eyes at me and she was obviously mad and she’s literally right by the soda machine. (keep in mind it was slow that day) And I’ve done that at other fast food places before and it was no problem. Those women that work there seem like they hate their job. If you’re visiting I recommend going some place else and I see a lot of reviews that are similar to ours about those ladies they obviously don’t care about customer service.
