My first time ever eating at Jack N the Box. I wasn’t impressed at all.
I went through the drive through. Looking at the menu board was a task. There were 100 menu items. Some items were completely out of concept. But what is their concept?
Anyway, i order the sourdough Jack Combo. I chose the curly fries, a minute maid and stuffed jalapeños.
My entire meal was cold and it had no flavor. I was disappointed.
Although, Ill probably never eat there again, the employee: Unique was upbeat and friendly. She knew her stuff and was great with helping me decide at the menu board.

I’ve seen this specific Jack in the Box have a lower rating, but ive been coming here for about a year now, and never had a problem!! I understand people have different experiences and different workers funnel in and out, but for that year, it’s aways been pretty good! Good service, the foods always good and up to snuff on the average “Jack Quality”. Keep it up, yall are doing great!!!

Visited this location cause it was the closest in the area where we were shopping. Haven’t have good Jack in the Box since leaving Cali, so we took a trip through drive thru. Made a large order and the guy who was working the window was patient with us. Repeated our order to make sure it was correct and gave us our total. Once we paid we were asked to park and wait for our food as we already knew that would be the case with the size of the order. He gave us our drinks and shakes and the wait time was under 10 minutes. Our food was hot and fresh and I only had to run back in cause we needed more ketchup and napkins which the gave me plenty in a small bag. Will definitely return and look forward to good food again. Thank you’ll!

Not a fan. Not the place it used to be like it was when they red lined, because of ecoli poisoning, and worked to regain customer loyalty! Not a value anymore. Quality lacks. Floor was greasy and representative wasn’t friendly. My Jumbo Burger turned out to be a child’s burger. And luke-warm to boot.

Worst experience ever I never complain about places I never send food back but this was Absolutely ridiculous we ordered fries a burger and a breakfast croissant. we leave and take a bite of our croissant and there is a long hair wrapped under and in the sandwich. We are grossed out pull back around we say what happened we weren’t rude about it just grossed out and wanted to give them the food back and just get our money for the item we couldn’t eat. They tell us “it’s crazy bc none of us have black hair it’s Whatever they want I guess” they than give us our money back while being disrespectful and rude and reiterate saying here’s your money none of us have black hair and slam the window shut. It’s not like we put the hair in our food, and demanded everything remade and refunded we were hungry and wanted the sandwich!

I just wanted to highlight one of the employees at this location. I believe her name is Robin E, the few times I’ve been in store or the drive-thru I have had interactions with her and she is ALWAYS so pleasant and friendly. I don’t believe I’ve ever seen her without a smile and positive attitude. She definitely needs a raise. She is what makes an amazing customer service experience!

delicious!! doordash came hot and so much food for $20 and had like half the box left over, you can definitelyshare with 2 people, munchie box is especially after a night of drinking
