Well at least they are consistent, I cant remember when this location ever got my order right. 1 big mac no sauce, sauce on the side, they said ok. What do I discover on my big mac when im already at home, lots of sauce. The box had the special order receipt on it . The receipt says no sauce! At least they are consistent.

30 minutes on a to go order. we door dashed after ordering it was ready and on the way to our house in 10 minutes our order over 30 minutes thank god there is 2 new mcdonalds opening near us these guys don’t care at all if your happy or not manager told me its dinner rush and looked a fool when I told him we have some at home we ordered after the store order. we will not come back to this location hope the franchise owner reads this

Ask before you leave the drive through because there won’t be any with your order. Want ketchup for your fries? Ask, because there won’t and there won’t be any in your bag.

This place never fails to fall short of my nonexistent expectations. Literally one person ahead of me in the drive through when I arrive 10 minutes after placing my online order. I make it to the window, receive my drink and after sitting there for 5 minutes watching all of the employees accomplish nothing they of course parked me. After 15 minutes and 2 other cars who ordered after me received their food they finally brought me my order. The receipt is blackened because it sat under the heat lamp so long and the one change I made on my order. Taking the lettuce off a mcchicken they of course messed up.

was picking up a drive thru order, no one answered me at the speaker so I had to drive to the window and asked for the pick up order. it was terribly busy so they understandbly asked me to park at a drive thru spot. I’ve worked in fast food so I get it but then the food came out cold and no sauce (that was included in the order for chicken strips).

HORRIBLE location. This store can’t ever put all my food in the bag correct. Missing items, fries are never ever full & certain modifications are never followed for items.
Do we have any quality control here? Is there a manager there ever making sure things are correct? Whoever is checking the bags, how is it possible you put all sauces in the bag and then forget the nuggets for the ENTIRE order?
Awful customer service when we returned to get the items they forgot. You can’t even get a refund even if you place the order on the app.
Just terrible always.

I ordered the McGriddle cakes and the lady in the drive through rung me up for 2 egg McMuffins. I walk in a get it sorted out and instead of saying McGriddle cakes I just said muffins when I got home it’s English muffins, I also picked up an order for my mom and they got everything wrong there was a baffle when she didn’t order one.

The morning crew sucks! They purposefully make people’s experience bad ask for specific accommodations due to dietary restrictions and they purposefully add the item I’m allergic to and giggle about it! It’s not funny, change your jobs if you aren’t being paid enough not customers fault who are over paying! The afternoon crew is a billion percent better!!!
