Staff is always very kind but it always takes 15 minutes or more to go through this drive-through and three out of four times they get my order wrong. Today they confirmed it correctly when I paid and then when I pulled up, she had it wrong so we corrected it. She confirmed again and it was correct. I waited a few more minutes for my food and then drove away and found out they gave me the wrong order. I won’t be back again.

So, I went to this McDonald’s on Union. They were not very busy but had about 5-6 orders. I ordered two six pieces of mcnuggets, and I got one six piece of mcrocks and the other filled with Mac sauce. Also ordered a big Mac and quarter pounder on the promo. Both sandwiches were made wrong. The quarter was not supposed to have anything but mayonnaise and cheese. And it was made plain. Also, the Big Mac was ordered the way it comes. My Mac sauce came where my nuggets should have been. The fries were fresh, at least. Do not go to this location. Staff is hateful . Food is always wrong. And you will be waiting a little minute just to have a bad experience. The best part is look at other reviews also the owner and staff don’t care. Save your time and money

MacD is MacD. A very usual, basic, fast food chain. I stopped by to take a sandwich on the go. The drive through service is not excellent. I had to wait in line, while it was just a few cars only. The spicy crispy chicken sandwich was very basic and I felt it a bit dry.
