Terrible service, attitude of management and employees are astoundingly disrespectful. This isn’t one experience but several when I go here at 3:00am till 7:00am. First of all they do not have it together at all. When I doordash it takes more than 5 minutes to be noticed. When I get there attention its usually by saying I need help. Then, when I tell them the order its a big deal. “Rolling eyes” can’t stand that they have business i guess? I just got a 10 sac as a customer and mozzarella sticks and got a bunch of ranch, cold burgers, and the wrong amount of cheese sticks. Im afraid if I go back, ill have my food spit in. This is the type of people we have in the food industry? The boy hasn’t cleaned his hair in like a month, and the lady will tell you she doesn’t care and will laugh in your face. As the kid was packing my sauces he was phone in hand, laughing at videos I guess? Probably why i got ranch with my mozzarella sticks.

Ordered 2 crispy chicken sliders and 2 fish sliders….Horrible. Whether it’s the quality of food or the oil that its cooked in…it was not good. Bun was stale as well. Bring back the chicken breast slider and the original fish. Soy oil that you cook the food in makes the coke taste bad as well. Probably won’t be going back anytime soon.

The food is good but I cannot stand onions and they cook all the burgers on the onions and then scrape them off if u ask for a burger without them. To me that is weird and also could pose a allergy risk. Maybe cook them separately and add at the end. Everything tastes like onions so I have to get the chicken which is mediocre at best. Prices are a little high as well for tiny 2 bite sliders. Strawberry shake is completely on point tho!

Waited at the register to place my order for 15 minutes. There drink machine is out of most drinks. The dining room floor is a mess. There is liquid spilled on the floor with no wet floor sign. Waste bins overflowing. If i could give 0 stars I would.

Restaurant is clean, their is man in his pickup truck parked parallel to the drive thru speaker that is in the way of traffic just chowing down his food. I waited in the drive thru about 15 minutes from start to finish to get my food. 4 vehicles in front of me. Got to the window and they had no coffee. How can this be when I ordered a coffee 15 minutes ago? This location is extremely slow. The older lady who always takes my order is always very kind and patient. Applause to her . Excellent customer service. Otherwise terrible customer service.
