Always saw Waffle House signs during road trips and was curious if it was good. Finally tried one recently. The waitress was friendly, but the steak was a bit disappointing. I ordered it medium, but it came out medium well. It had quite a lot of fat and sinew, and the knife was dull, which made it difficult to cut. The texture was quite tough and rubbery.

Awesome waffle house. I visited on a wednesday around nine thirty in the morning and it was a little on the busy side, but my food still came out popped and my waitress was awesome. I took the trek 45min due to it being the closest waffle house near my job, I would definitely go again.

I just left this Waffle House and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. We were a table of FIVE people and waited 35 minutes just to be seated and in the end, we never even got seated. Meanwhile, other guests were seated ahead of us with no explanation. There was no communication, no organization, and zero respect for customers.
To make matters worse, the staff’s hygiene was appalling. The employee cleaning the tables did not wear gloves at all, pushed trash down into the trash can with bare hands, and then continued touching the tables without washing her hands once. This is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. The staff acted like they did not want to be there at all. There was no urgency, no professionalism, and no accountability. Waiting 35 minutes for a table of five and still leaving without being seated is absolutely ridiculous. I will never return and would strongly advise anyone else to avoid this location.

Here’s the thing! I love Waffle House! So no one-off bad experience is going to soil this place. When I arrived it was so jam packed I had to wait 15 min to be seated! Because they were so busy my food took a long time, my waitress handed me my food without ketchup or syrup so I had to recruit nearby individuals on the bar to pass the syrup. The bathrooms were gross, pee all over the toilet seat and no toilet paper. But somehow this place is still endearing.

Being from the South, I’ve had my fair share of Waffle House. But this place is by far the cleanest and friendliest WH I’ve even been too. Food was delicious and the waitress was super sweet. She even cut my kids’ waffles into a cute butterfly shape. We will definitely come back if we ever pass through again.

Came here because we came here maybe a year ago and we had a great experience. This place was under staff or should I say the staff was in the back no where to be found. No one was helping each other. There was 2 new twin service that didn’t know what they were doing nor did they care the manager was putting in order eating and drinking or the grill. This was so unorganized. Now it may just have been the staff but I’m never going back here again

Got there on MLK day for breakfast. They were pumping out order after order for online orders and ignoring people in the dining area. Took us an hour to get seated and get our order taken/food. And THEN they told us they were out of waffles. OUT OF WAFFLES. AT WAFFLE HOUSE.
I almost left. They literally made so many online orders that they neglected dining-in folks and ran out of waffles. This was the worst experience I’ve had anywhere in a long time.
