Awful place! Starts at the front door with a rude, and condescending check out clerk, and it doesn’t get better with the manager with the first words of “I know my employees”. The Manager who rudely cuts you off mid sentence to speak to someone else. Reconfirmed why Iv chosen so many other great places over this horribly ran, box chain type of restaurant. With staff like this, I’m very surprised the ratings do not reflect it. Village inn right down the road is cheaper, better quality, and they have amazing mom and pop dinner type of staffing.
IHOP management at this location should take a page out of their book, or stop managing.

No one was up front to greet us. The sign says to “pay at your table”….no one up fronf to help you. (That’s for sure) Server was unfriendly and “out of it”…..She couldnt remember who had pancakes and who had French toast. (There was only 2 of us.) We ordered extra crispy hash rowns…they came “raw looking”. Why did she bring them? A good server won’t bring wrong orders out. (She was NOT a good server.) At some point we ended up with a young man. The gal never came back after returning with crispy hash rowns. He was a lot friendlier. I wish he would have waited on us. Our food was cold….I don’t think the gal realized when our meals were ready. They must have sat somewhere for a while. Coffee is almost $4….and a side of hash rowns is $5. For two $7 breakfasts…it came to $28….not worth it. We hadn’t been to IHOP in 6 years….we have no plans to return. I felt they didn’t care about any of the customers in the restaurant….it was only 4:00 p.m. ….on a Tuesday.

Another Fort Smith restaurant that went down the toilet. The place was filled with a bunch of disruptive non-English speakers and I’m sure management was either too scared or too liberal to say anything. Food came out cold and I know why, because it took 25 minutes. Server heard me say something about it and took it back and it didn’t come back until I was finished with the rest of my meal, and only luke warm at that time. The server tried her best but she was only 1 of 2 doing anything while the rest stood at the front desk that doesn’t get used anymore for paying the bill. We hadn’t been in there for a while since it was terrible last time. I don’t give 3 strikes, 2 is enough.

Had a craving for breakfast food after Friday Nighy Football game! IHOP was the solution!! I enjoyed the crepes, hubby had the Breakfast Sampler and son had fish/chips. All really good! Our server was exceptional- I wish I could remember her name- she was decked out in a ton of pink. Very attentive!!

Ihop has upped their game!
Update: took my kids the other morning and the waitress was so sweet to them. She told my son she would bring him some hot chocolate and he was amazed how large and fancy it was.

My server was terrible, never refilled my drink, threw the receipt on the table, and i left her no tip. My bill was 41 dollars my card was charged 52. Ill be calling the store tomorrow to get my money back. I tried to call as soon as i saw the charge and no answer.

Finally seated, I order sweet tea then decided I wanted the sampler..I noticed toast didn’t come with the meal, so I ordered a side of toast..when I get tje ticket, I noticed between the tea (one refill) and the side of toast was $8..
I normally give a good tip, but this time I only gave $3 and my bill was still $31..
Folks, this is terribly outrageous and I am a senior..
Nobody can afford these prices and no wonder the place was empty and not busy..
IHOP will probably close their doors before they bring these price down.
I’m done (never again) !!!

The food was good. The table we sat at had a lot of trash under it. The server was available but not attentive, we had to wave her down if we needed something.

The service is terrible, food is fine. But the price is simply outrageous. Breakfast should be affordable, and at IHop prices, your profits have got to be through the roof, even in today’s inflationary environment. This is hands down the most expensive casual sit down restaurant.
