I love coming here!!! I moved to Myrtle Beach a year ago and this crew has been nothing but welcoming and pleasant. The restaurant is immaculate inside and out. Just tonight when I was in the drive thru, I saw a crew member walking the parking lot in 30° weather picking up trash. That’s dedication!!! Thanks for everything!

The food was very unappetizing. The chick was soggy, fries had no to little salt and not only did they forget the dressing but the lettuce in the wrap was worked and not good. Usually they are on par but disappointed this time. To to it out the ice tea was warm tea with no ice or what was there melted.

I’ve always had a great experience at this Chick-fil-A location when it comes to food and service. The staff is friendly, the orders are accurate, and the restaurant is clean and well-run.
However, I did want to mention something that felt out of place. On more than one occasion, I noticed a manager or worker wearing outfits that didn’t seem appropriate for a professional food service setting — including what looked like a crop top one day and extremely short shorts another time, to the point it appeared as though she wasn’t wearing pants. It was surprising and honestly a bit distracting.
Chick-fil-A is known for its professionalism and high standards, so I hope this is addressed appropriately moving forward. Aside from that, I’ll continue coming for the great food and service I’ve come to expect.

Very much the same as most other Chick-fil-A that I have ever visited. The place was busy. The drive through line was very long but was constantly moving forward. They had people outside taking orders and payment. There were multiple people helping. The employees are always super nice and friendly. Made it through the line and got my food in maybe five minutes, it that long, maybe less. The food is always consistently good. However, I’m not a big fan of waffle fries but that’s just my own thing, not them. So I ate my chicken and was quickly on my way. It’s definitely one, if not the best fast food place around. This particular Chick.fil-A holds up the standard once again. If you’re in a rush and don’t feel like getting an upset stomach from a Big Mac, stop by this particular restaurant and get something to eat.

Went here on Friday April 4th 2025 with my dad to get some much needed lunch. We went to the counter, person who took our order was polite.Kudos, because he even asked us if we were okay with the cheese on the sandwich. I ordered the chicken deluxe meal with a chocolate shake. My dad ordered the spicy deluxe meal with chocolate shake, and nuggets. Paid via a credit card. relatively cheap too. Order was ready quickly, and immediately brought to the table. There are plenty of seating at this restaurant, and we sat at a table by the window. shake was delicious, and food was very tasty. This is our first time at this location, and most certainly will not be the last!

The Chicken Tortilla Soup was at best subpar, thick, no chicken full of white beans, very spicy and next day was not a good digestive experience. Purchased around 5:00 PM on 12/5/25, seemed to be old soup.

Just went through curbside. And got my lunch. $3.19 for a fruit cup and it has mold on it. Seriously? Tried to call 3 times and they wont answer the phone. Wont go back if this is not corrected. Ridiculous. Do you seriously not pay attention to what you are giving your customers? You can see it with the lid on it.
