Ok this is probably the craziest thing ever happen at a fast food. I ordered two Large meals with Large drinks they kept getting the drinks wrong gave me one L one small drink I told the it was two Large so they take so after a bit she comes back with my large drink I noticed something weird with the cup butI’m good I drive off a few minutes later I get home and then after a bit realize what was up with the cup! THEY LITERALLY PUT THE SMALL CUP INSIDE A LARGE CUP AND JUST PUT THE LID ON! I WAS LIKE NO FN WAY!

the food hamburgers are cool like room temp. the fries are always fresh.It has managers but the employees show no ambition. they dont want to exhibit any quick moves. or show that they cared that customers get the correct food orders. its busy for the area its in. not because of the food.

27 minutes sitting in drive thru with no cars moved. drove around and their answer was we are short staffed as I watched 4 people walking back and forth waiting to be acknowledged. finally someone opened window and I voiced my opinion before driving off not ordering this location has to be the worst as far as speed and customer service yet want to be paid like they are some professional staff. it starts with ownership and management.

Sunny, Sonny? First night shift I applaud them, but not the blessed souls that clocked out at 11 and pretty much said “y’all on your own.” I really wish I could have gotten the names of the remaining 4 employees busting their butts to close and practically guarding the door because they didn’t have a key to lock the door. Second give your closing manager a daggum key!

If I could rate it less than 1 I would I waited 30 minutes f9r my food which was curbside pickup after 30 minutes I had to go in to get it git an attitude from the young black woman working the drive thru dhi told me I didn’t wait 30 minutes and when I assured her I had she threw my bag of cold French fries and bacon less double bacon quarter pounder I ordered and the flat Dr pepper was just a topper on the meal ! This all after I sat in the drive thru Line fifteen minutes and not one car moved so I ordered curbside thinking I’d get better service that way ummm NOPE! I WAS WRONG This Mcdonalds haz good to hell in short time

ABSOLUTE TRASH. We sat in the drive thru unanswered for about 5 mins as the other lane had car after car pass through, so we decided to go inside, that was a bigger mistake. Ordered our food on the kiosk that you couldn’t pay at bc the machine was down but we didn’t know that (no signs or guidance) the line at the front counter was long and nobody was there to even take orders. The poor manager was running back and forth trying to run front cash and bag orders. Apparently the machine was down, we stood at the front counter as everyone looked at us but never took our order. After about 10 mins of standing there watching everyone walk by we left. This is supposed to be FAST food.

Bad reviews are something that I avoid doing but, after my orders being messed up AGAIN, I finally decided to do this one.
Today I ordered a plain meal at the drive-thru. It was not showing on the screen, so I repeated on the speaker that it supposed to be plain. Lady told me to proceed to 1st window to payment. I repeated (for the third time) that my meal suppose to be plain. She said “ok” and screamed it for the next window to let them know.
Sure enough, on the second window I got my sandwich and it was wrong! I asked them for change and they told me to wait by the third window.
They left me there for a gooooooood time and served multiple other cars meanwhile. When I finally got tired of waiting, I circulated the drive thru again.
1st window sent me for 2nd window where I need to explain (for the sixth time!) that I was waiting for my plain meal that was served wrong. Lady said “oh, I remember” and went to pick up my bag. I opened the sandwich and it was finally plain, so I left….
When I finally went to eat my second sandwich (the orders comes with 2 cheeseburguers)… Well, the picture speaks by itself.
I just gave up and went to eat my french fries that were completely cold and soggy.
(P.s: I treated them with politeness and was friendly during the entire saga!)

normally we only get the average mcdonald’s experience at this one. Eating in this morning though let me realize the current condition of mcdonald’s and their eating in experience. I waited nearly 10 minutes to exchange my sandwich since I had gotten the wrong one, the other one costs more. All of the doordashers around me were getting attention but not once did the staff think the guy standing right in front then holding a sandwich and receipt for 10 minutes would be wanting immediate assistance. So eating with my partner way after he’s eaten because the staff don’t even want to be interacted with. Seems like a fair assumption to me as a customer that I shouldnt be less of a priority than a doordasher.

Ordered 2 plain Mcchicken sandwiches. Got one regular and one hot and spicy neither of which was plain. Either the girl was hard of hearing or their speakers don’t work because it took forever for her to get my order.

Workers were being difficult, granted the speaker doesn’t work well. She refused to read the order back correctly because we saw the order wasn’t right on the board. She was more worried about passing us on rather than just read it back and a quick fix
