I’m not a fan of Starbucks for a few reason$$$.
Place is clean and looks great!
At this time the drive thru is closed but being inside is better.
Place is SLAMMED, employees are fresh but kind so PLEASE be patient. Courtesy goes a long way on both sides of the counter.
My wife wanted a warm pumpkin spice loaf and of course we ordered other things. Doesn’t that always turn out that way?
She was very pleased with her order.
I enjoyed my Sandwhich but would have loved some ketchup on it

Unusually weird, when you do a mobile order, arrive 10 minutes later. And still have to wait over 16 minutes for your drink. When no one is in the store a pon saying something to the barista, she commented, “, well, I can’t do it all”. They just need to be better trained. Unfortunately, because they kept continuing to make other drinks even after they knew we’ve been standing there for 20 minutes. It was just a weird experience. Because they gave us our drink with just milk, no espresso in it.And when we commented on it they didn’t just make a new one quickly. It took another 10 minutes while they were making other drinks. Strange.

I am a Starbucks fan I go at least once a week but this location is awful almost every time. I used to mobile order here and stopped because they never have it ready when I get there. They usually haven’t started it or can’t find the ticket. I’ve also gotten coffees from here that were just not good even though I get the same drink every time. Everyone seems nice working there but the dynamic of the store is definitely struggling.

Zack is super awesome! We are Starbucks lovers there isn’t a day without it. My husband and I love the fact that when we pick up our coffees Zack recognizes us and we can go straight to the pick up window. Whether it’s drive through or in store pick up if Zack is working a shift you can expect excellent client service from him. Zack and team has officially made Greenlawn our favorite Starbucks to visit! Thank you Zack for making everyday so wonderful!
