Im surprised that they didn’t give me recipe when I make an oder ! Also I bought triple cheeseburger but they decided to put only 2 cheese pieces!!! and I can’t put my claim through the app because I dont have recipe!!!

DONT GO HERE! This place is a cesspool of rotten items. The sauces were expired, the filet o fish smelled like ammonia which means it’s gone very bad, so syrup in the sodas so they could cut cost and nuggets has freezer burn on them!!!!! I COULD NOT BELIEVE! When my husband and I complained, the Hispanic ladies AND Manager sat there and laughed and said that everything was fresh. So I looked behind the counter and saw the box of sauces; THEY EXPIRED OVER A YEAR AGO. Before I could snap a photo she told us to leave. REPORT THIS PLACE AND DO NOT GO. They are cheap and not keeping their customers safe from food poisoning

Contacted manager about poor service in drive thru. Just wanted the manager/mentor there to know about attitude of order taker and a technical problem with display (I also mentioned the technical problem but he did not seem th care). The manager was argumentative and all I wanted to do was give him a courtesy call to let him know what happened.
Honestly, as a service manager I would NEVER argue or disrespect any customer like that. I do hope you record all telephone conversations so Sr. Managers can review and mentor this manager. 2/2/26 at about 3:45 pm.
Next day update: while reviewing other reviews about this location most have responses from “owner” to request to use yet another link to provide a more detailed input and information.
It only works if you have the mcdonald’s receipt transaction number, which i don’t have. I respect your request to do this but it just adds to frustration and more time needed on a customer part.
I certainly hope this doesn’t delay the basic foundational issues that was communicated in this review.

I werent expecting to go to McDonald’s and when I went it were nice, I went with my dad but he sat in the car . There were like two people there so it weren’t a wait, except I gave a second to order and were able to see how to use a gift card ♠️ at the counter for the first time. I ordered a double burger and small fry with a sweet tea ☕ but I had a root beer instead. I wanted to eat in but I were able to do a take out.

Absolutely terrible. I waited 20 minutes for my order at a place that literally built its brand on speed. No apology, no explanation, no sense of urgency. Calling this “fast food” is a joke. Complete waste of time — never coming back.

I had a wonderful fish fillet sandwich. It was hot and delicious. Service was great. Restaurant was clean. The manager was awesome. Love these leather chairs I would have those in my house.

I had an online order for 2 mcdoubles and they were unsatisfactory, cold / old , and made me and my girlfriend’s stomach hurt lol.. went to 5 guys the next day and had a better burger expirience ✔ plus they made me circle back through drive thru to add a sweet tea , instead of adding it at the window , which was annoying

I went to McDonald’s today at 7 pm. The manager is very rude with my son. The food is taking too long. The fries are not fresh. When I tried to report it to the manager, she ignored me and she walk away from the cashier to the kitchen . zero stars.

Great place for visitors and locals alike. Brought our son here 30plus years ago, and now our granddaughter. It has certsinly grown a few folds but still keeps the ability to get kids to engage.
