I love Jack’s tacos & eat them every chance I get, which is not often as I live in Miami. So, every time I come to Seattle my first & last meals are at this Jack by the airport. They did such a good job on my monster tacos! And the kids working this evening were very friendly and efficient. The restaurant was very clean; as usual, I was the only one dining in. The drive thru was very busy tho.

Stopped by the Jack in the Box near SeaTac for breakfast and got the Jumbo Breakfast Platter with Classic French Toast Sticks & Sausage. The food was actually tasty and hit the spot for a quick morning meal — 5 stars for that.Pricing is great.
However, the setup inside could use some improvement. There’s no public access to extra spoons or forks, so you have to ask the staff every time, which is a little inconvenient. The tables and dining area weren’t the cleanest, either — not terrible, just could’ve been better for a morning rush.

I bought 2 tacos and asked fir taco sauce for each one, and the staff failed to provide me with the taco sauce. Therefore, I’m rating their services as being poor, since they failed to deliver.
Furthermore, they allow homeless people to sleep inside of their establishment, rendering the atmosphere as being horrendously bad.

I spent $34 for 2 meals and one of the buns was moldy!! Of course I was already home. It was on the top, how do you not see that?! I was the only one in the drive through, lobby closed. No, isn’t from being toasted either. Guy at the drive through window was really nice though.

I came in on 2026/1/12. I arrived before their business hour. I can see some staff inside preparing the food. It is raining outside, and it is cold. A male staff saw me waiting in the rain, and he offered me hot water. He explained to me that it is the policy that prohibits customers from coming in before business hours. But he could at least offer me a cup of hot water while waiting. I was very grateful for this nice gesture.

I don’t eat fast food often but it does have its place when I’m in a rush. The thing I like about Jack in the box is they have a variety of options.
I haven’t been there in a long time but it seems the food quality has gone way down hill and the prices have increased greatly. Unfortunately that’s just the sign of the times right now.
The person helping us was very nice and they were very quick.

Total count of three cars, and a waiting time of 16 minutes (it was 21 actually) just for a burger and two soft tacos that weren’t soft at all…
Then when I finally got to the window and asked nicely what was going on, the worker said he apparently can’t hear me even though he operates the drive in, he also didn’t forget to drop my change when he gave it to me.
This is a disgrace, totally unacceptable.

The food taste good. We ordered some eggrolls and they forgot to put them in the bag. When I called the gentleman that was working was very apologetic and said he knew it was troublesome if I came back tonight so I could either come back and get them right away or I could pick them up the next day and he would leave a note for his manager letting him know. I really appreciated that and he handled it very well. It was around 1:30 AM and it was pretty busy so I understand. The gentleman was also very helpful at the window, I know things happen but when they handle it and the proper way, it makes things much easier so I appreciate him.

We ate here because there aren’t any jack in the boxes left on the east coast where we live. Also it was within walking distance of our hotel. The food was good, the fries were very good. It was a trip down memory lane more than anything else for me. The soda machine was the kind with multiple sodas in one machine, but this one seemed like it was out of more choices than it had. Just the mainstream.
