My wife’s and I opinion is that they have the best fry chicken in New Iberia. The onion rings are very good also. This is a place that doesn’t look like much when you drive by but, you’ll be surprised by the food. A hidden gem.

I tried the fried chicken. It was cooked well and plenty crispy. Seasoning wise I wasn’t impressed, but it was decent. On the bland side personally. The fries were hot and crispy like I like them. Overall average. The service was good. It’s a new place and I was happy to see Pho on the menu but it’s only on Sundays. I was disappointed to notice the menu I was given didn’t show many Vietnamese items to choose from. I kinda expected to see more. I’ll try more here and update as I go.

Egg rolls were good. Shrimp fried rice was good but had boiled crawfish in it. It didn’t hurt my feelings but that wasn’t on the menu. It was nice twist but idk if it would make everyone happy. I have to admit the hamburgers are a good size and very good. So far I think it was the best thing I’ve had here. Well seasoned and plenty juicy. Maybe next time I’ll try the pho.

Had the half and half shrimp and fish. Not bad. The owners were super nice and offered me water while I waited. The fish and shrimp were good, nice batter and cooked well not the best value, kind of expressive.

Finally tried them out. Burgers were homemade and seasoned. Onion rings and fries were also spot on. Food was all fresh and hot!!! Service was polite and prompt. Will be back for sure to try other menu items. Check them out!!

OBSESSED WITH THEIR AUTHENTIC VIETNAMESE FOOD!! Coming from New Iberia where there’s not many options this place is a hidden gem. I highly recommend the Pho 10/10 nothing beats a hot bowl of comfort food to feed the soul. Broth is super flavorful and clean not very oily but rich enough. The rare steak is tender, juicy, and fatty. They are very generous with their meat and noodle portions you can’t beat the quality and price at this place. Definitely coming back!!

I first want to say I never write reviews but what really stood out and made me want to is the fried rice and Vietnamese Pho. I used to travel to Houston Texas for diverse authentic flavored Vietnamese cuisine but I have finally found a place close to home. It was a Sunday and since most places are closed I decided to give this place a try. Their rice is freshly made, not too oily and pho was just delicious. The downfall is Pho is served only on Sunday. For sure will be coming back to try their fried chicken and crawfish

Quick visit to New Iberia. Tried Kailan’s for the first time. Ordered Shrimp Fried Rice, Spring Rolls, Egg Rolls, a Crab Burger, Onion Rings, and a 1/2 Shrimp 1/2 Catfish plate. All was AMAZING. The homemade Onion rings brought me back to my Freez-O days. The fried shrimp and catfish were well seasoned
and tasted so good. Everyone loved their order. The Crab burger was a hit. We’ll definitely go back. The service was so friendly, the food came out on time, and the prices were right.
