My 2nd visit here and I don’t quite get all the glowing reviews… I ordered pasta. My friend thought about ordering a pasta but substituting the pasta for spinach but the menu made clear that was not allowed. The menu also made a big deal of how if you order a pizza you get a free sauce and cheese. Umm, it’s not free-you’re paying for it. The menu is just off putting in this way by placing so many restrictions on its guests.
So I ordered the pasta sauce I wanted without the pasta I wanted because the menu insisted that there couldn’t be substitutions. My pasta was very meh—the best part was dipping the bread (homemade) in the sauce. The bread is delicious!
They also don’t have a wood fired pizza oven or offer a cauliflower crust. Based on my meh experience I don’t plan on returning
Also we sat outside and there were peoples’s dirty napkins on the ground that no one could be bothered to pick up in between the lunch and dinner crowd

My family and I went here for lunch. We arrived here after going to another unwelcoming pizza place. Our server, William, was very kind and patient. He communicated well with us about menu items and the kitchen’s timeliness. Our food arrived at the table in a reasonable time, and everyone’s food was delicious. I tried the pasta of the day, and I would absolutely ask for it again. My husband and I value spending our money in a place that serves our family well, along with great food and atmosphere. We teach our children the importance of understanding how to read a room and the environment before sticking around. Thank you so much to William and the staff for such excellent service

In giving my honest opinion, I must say Midtown Pizza Kitchen serves one of the best pizza shops in Montgomery Alabama. The location is somewhat hidden because it’s on the back side of the shopping center. The ingredients are fresh, the people are nice and the place is quaint. This place is a must try.

We always look for a good wood fired Margarita Pizza saw they had one on the menu, excellent pizza. Crust had just the right amount of char . Had everything that should be on a margarita and believe me some places have no idea what one is. Highly recommended.

We are new to the area and already love this place! The BEST bruschetta we have ever had. We only wish it came with some more toast or less toppings. If course the pizza is great also, but I didn’t get a photo of it this time.

Great quality thin-crust pizzas and delicious pasta! Midtown pizza kitchen had great service and I loved the Regina pizza with caramelized onions, prosciutto and mushrooms! Waitstaff was very helpful navigating me through menu offerings related to dietary and allergy restrictions.

Kudos to Donovan Ivey and staff for our lunch for 60 folks today. The lasagna and salad with grilled chicken and all the fixings were delicious, but that bread was divine! I always enjoy MPK, but today’s lunch exceeded my expectations – from the price, to Donovan personally loading my car, to quantity and taste.

Very amazing meat lovers pizza. Never quite tasted anything like it. Very unique in taste and style. Our server Sean was very nice and attentive ! He suggested to put roasted garlic on our pizza and we loved the idea. It really added a great touch to the pizza! Also their lemon bars are out of this world! Wow I recommend this place! Great service and fantastic flavors.
