I recently visited Maggie Mae’s on the Bluffs for the first time and was thoroughly impressed. I ordered the Big Combo Breakfast, which included buttermilk pancakes, two scrambled eggs, two strips of bacon, and home fries. The flavors were exceptionally rich and well-balanced—everything was super flavorful and delicious.
The service was outstanding: our server was highly attentive, friendly, and ensured everything ran smoothly. The food arrived remarkably quickly, which added to the positive experience.
This spot is definitely worth the wait to get in. I highly recommend it whether you are visiting the area or live locally. It is now one of my go-to places for a satisfying Southern breakfast.
Excellent food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere—highly recommended!

This place came highly recommended by my coworker, both of us living in the Cincinnati area so we had to give it a try. It lived us to the hype and SO much more! Taylor was our server and she is awesome! Loved the vibe! We will be back.

Very nice diner, plenty of seating both indoor and out. Our breakfasts were very good. Ordered a custom omlette and the creme brulee french toast. Both were excellent. Food was fresh and came out quickly. Nice diner spot in the area.

Quality, reasonably priced, family friendly restaurant. This place is popular so if you come on a weekend, especially in peak summer, you might have a wait. The service is friendly and quick, and the staff do a good job at keeping up with the volume of customers. The food is high quality. If you love corned beef hash, try the signature corned beef hash meal (pictured). I also recommend the avocado toast. Thank you Linda for the excellent service!

Amazing food! I came here with my kids at about 1:20 pm on a Monday and it was completely filled, inside and out. That says a lot, in and of itself, but I’ll say a bit more about our experience. We had a lot of different breakfast items and they were all fabulous with great portions. However, I’m going to highlight the Nutella crepes topped with fresh sliced strawberries, whipped cream and powdered sugar. We ordered it as an “appetizer” and they were absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend Maggie Mae’s!

Superb experience at Maggie Mae’s! Great food, great atmosphere, great service. I especially liked their fried green tomatoes appetizer- a southern classic done right. Their pancakes/ typical breakfast offerings were done well. I will knock them for their coffee, but that’s just my taste, I’m not a drip coffee kinda guy. I liked that they had gluten free offerings as that was needed for a member of my party. Overall a fantastic spot- will be back!

My first visit to Maggie Mae’s on the Bluffs was pure joy!
A dear friend introduced me to this charming little gem for lunch, and I’m so glad he did. From the moment I walked in, the country-style setting wrapped us in comfort and character. It’s the kind of place that feels like home even if it’s your first time.
Our waitress, Kia, was an absolute sweetheart—attentive, kind, and full of genuine warmth. The food was fresh, flavorful, and arrived quickly, which made the whole experience even better. You could feel the love in every bite.
What really stood out was the atmosphere: laughter filled the air, and you could hear regulars being greeted by name. That kind of community vibe is rare and beautiful. It’s clear this place is a local favorite for a reason.
This definitely won’t be my last visit. If you’re looking for a spot that serves up great food with a side of heart, go check out Maggie Mae’s on the Bluffs. You’ll leave full, happy, and already planning your return.
