Where Pickles truly excels is in their pastries, and consistently fresh. From perfectly baked pies to rich, decadent tarts and muffins, their baked goods never disappoint. This unwavering standard extends to presentation and taste, making each bite as memorable as the last. Regulars and newcomers alike appreciate knowing that at Pickles, they can expect the same high-quality food and service every single time. Oh and yes, their pickles are also fantastic!
Try the deep fried cheese and zucchini sticks. Steak and eggs was excellent.
Don’t forget to ask for Daisey. She is amazing. She is such a positive and upbeat person. She made my day.
Update- for the garlic grilled chicken wrap and it was delicious !
However, their desserts are a bit underwhelming which is a shame since desserts are usually my favorite part of a deli. The cream in their eclairs is not good. My daughter, who eats almost anything sweet, wouldn’t even eat it… it’s only the second dessert I’ve ever seen her turn down in her entire life. I’ve tried their cheesecakes, which were okay, but not great. Their cupcakes were very basic and uninspiring. The frosting was mediocre, I believe it was a basic American buttercream.
Worth the money, but probably skip the desserts, they look better than they taste.
I cannot stress this enough – Pickles has the BEST carrot cake of all time. Get a slice and you can split it with four people; you will not regret it.
Very clean and nice
They hold themselves to a high-quality whatever they put on your plate is going to be the best of the best.
This is what I would expect from a restaurant that has 500 things on the menu. You can’t expect everything to be done well when you do so many different things. The menu is out of control and overwhelming just to thumb through.
The soup was good I will say. Great flavor and loved the veggies in it.
Had fresh pickles and thin sliced bagel/ pita chips.
Time of day…Sunday lunch no crowd
Plenty of outdoor patio like covered seating
