Myself and my family went to this restaurant to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. I would say the experience was not as extravagant and is usually is. Felt very rushed. Almost like a get in eat and get out. We all know the food is cooked in front of you which makes this situation the more intriguing. I took my leftovers home which was a good bit of food. After reheating my food and eating I felt something that was not chewable. I pulled a piece of actual wood out of my mouth. It looks like a small piece of a stick maybe an inch and half. I called the restaurant and was treated as if I was not telling the truth. Yes, it does seem crazy and I was extremely shocked. So if you do say slowly! Pictures and proof below! Be safe eating here!

To be a restaurant where they cook in front of you there was very little interaction between the cook and our party. Cook kept telling my kids to not touch there plates and move them closer to them so they could eat. No kids menu for lunch and overall a bad experience! Osaka is 1000x times dont waste your time here

The chef was very nice and funny. He gave me all the extras nobody wanted! The rice was sooo good along with the veggies. I got the strip and chicken which was seared and cooked perfectly! Severs would refill your cup before it even went halfway down. Super quick as well.

Short wait to be seated. Orders taken quickly. Food cooked in front of you. I had steak and scallops. Scallops were cooked to perfection and literally melted in your mouth!! Steak, rice and vegetables were amazing!! Enough food to take home and have another meal. Will definitely go again.

We had dinner here last weekend and it was overall a very pleasant experience. Our chef was skilled and made good banter with both the kids and adults. We were seated quickly and the staff were courteous. My main complaint is that it was very warm and we were seated very closely to other guests. That being said, the food was excellent. Our table had steak, shrimp, chicken, vegetables, and fried rice and all were tremendous. We had large amounts of leftovers. This location does have ♿ handicap accessible parking, restrooms, and seating.

I live in Florida so every time I go back to North Carolina, I always go to Kobe’s It has always been my favorite place and delicious until Friday 26,2025 I met my niece and her best friend for lunch, we got seated in a timely manner, but our waitress came to the table to get our drink order her name was Becky, she has to be one of the rudest people I have ever had in my lifetime. She definitely does not need to be working in a busy restaurant like Kobe’s.. Our chef then came to the grill, as I was watching him, I noticed that he was cross contaminating our food really bad (coming from a former sous chef myself)which led into me and my niece getting extremely sick after eating our food. I tried to speak to the manager about the bad service and the food we received that day and he acted like he just didn’t care. Please, if you go to eat, make sure you watch all the chefs and please say something Don’t ever sit in Becky section she is HORRIBLE… It truly makes me sick to think that I spent all that money or something I couldn’t even enjoy… Thanks for your time Peggy

The cook seemed to want to be anywhere but where he was , after waiting 30 mins to be seated ( which we didn’t mind) only to be rushed out before getting to eat entrees. It was a huge disappointment. It was 100.00 for myself and a 7 and 8 year old , who both ate off kids meal only to be rushed out after the meat hit the plate. The cooks used to be very entertaining and made it a very enjoyable so you didn’t mind paying a little more, but now no show and terrible service. Can’t think of any reason to go back and really regret wasting my money and time at this place.
