Shifty. We walked in shortly after 9pm and waited 10 minutes before someone finally said there was no drawer. We HAD to use the kiosk. So, we did. We didn’t get half of what we ordered. Had to ask for our cups, ask for our food, and sat down to finally eat. As we were eating, a couple of people walked in 15 to 20 minutes after us and were served at the register that was supposedly closed. This place has unacceptable customer service! I know, I work in the industry! Do better!! I will not being going into the restaurant again!

So I ordered on the tablet, the girl that brought my food out forgot my drinks. Asked her to please hand me a cup for my drink and she said she couldn’t do that and I would need to ask at the counter… had to wait in like 10-15 minutes to get a cup her attitude was super wild, I dunno what her issue is. The skinny girl at the front counter was very nice and professional.

I used to love taco bell, but lately Everytime I’ve gone there they’ve never gotten my order correct. The person at the drive up is always sweet and bubbly, but the food prep needs help. I ordered a cantina bowl swapping out the chicken for beef and asked for no rice easy lettuce and this is what I got. No beans, no pico hardly worth the 8+$ it cost. I have worked in good industry I know it sucks, but come on. Prepare the food like people order it. You can see my photo compared to the app photo. Do they look remotely the same?No

HORRIBLE service. I stood at the counter about 7 min before anyone acknowledged me. Although I coukd see several customers and some walked by intentionally avoiding eye contact. I can understand if you are busy, but a polite “We will be right with you”, just acknowledgement goes a long way. After eventually being helped they failed to include TWO separate items from our order. While in the restaurant I watched 2 other people return to the counter for missing items from their orders.

Taco bell sucks when it comes to taking care of customers. The Kiosk is a joke. This store provided good hot food but the lack of cashiers and everyone in the kitchen instead of being customer facing is lacking.

I don’t understand why there are so many bad reviews. Perhaps just people in a bad mood. Every time I come here my order is correct. It’s fresh. And Joana and Safron who work the drive thru are always so bubbly, smiling, and courteous. They have the most energetic attitudes and Everytime I hear their voice in the drive thru it puts a smile on my face. These girls are amazing. Thank you for smiling through it all.

I really hate when a fast food chain falls on freshness and quality, while simultaneously charging more. Kingman AZ in general is a fast food hub. And the quality should mirror that. Other than culvers and chili’s, dont eat out in Kingman.

“Groovy? Not so much, baby…”
I swung into Taco Bell in Kingman, thinking I’d have a smashing time with some tacos and a fizzy soda, yeah? But oh behave—it was not shagadelic, baby. The bathrooms looked like a scene out of Dr. Evil’s lair after Mini Me went on a rampage—dirty, dingy, downright un-hygienic. Totally not my bag.
Then I saunter up to the soda machine, ready for some refreshing bubbles, and wouldn’t you know it—half the flavors were out of order. No mild sauce, no medium sauce either. I mean, c’mon baby, that’s like Austin without his mojo—it just doesn’t work!
The employees? Average at best. Not rude, not groovy, just there like extras in the background of my swinging sixties spy flick.
All in all, Taco Bell in Kingman left me shaken and stirred, baby. Two stars—it’s a hard pass unless you fancy disappointment.
