My husband and I went here on Valentine’s Day around 7:20 pm. (Drive through order) It was clear they were understaffed (maybe call-offs?), and the wait was long about 15 minutes for two sandwiches. But the ladies working that night were amazing ~full enthusiasm, great service the whole time, and the food came out perfect. We purchased two hot sandwiches (Italiano and the Ciabatta) to try for the first time and let’s just say best toasted sandwiches ever! They even gave us an extra pastry for the wait. Super refreshing to see that level of care when it’s so busy. ❤️

AMAZING staff, they are always so cheerful! Food is always great, they get my order right every time!!! However, they do need to start checking their lobby and cleaning it more regularly. Never a miss at this location!!

I had a really amazing onion soup and sandwich combo, which I would definitely recommend again. The sandwich turkey and bacon sandwich came on a salted bagel, which was amazing. I’m gonna have to go back and have another one. My mom had a wild rice soup and an apple salad. She said it was great. I definitely recommend this panoramic. I ordered ahead and picked it up, and though I was 15 minutes late, it was still hot and ready to eat.

Bread is all very dry no matter what you pick. Chicken in sandwiches is really funny, canned dry taste. Drink selection is lacking. Want tips for non existent service. You order yourself, pickup your own food, fill your own drinks. I asked for help for 5 plates of food. The girl behind the counter said I can make multiple trips. Thanks. I’ll make 3 trips and fill my 3 cups on my fourth trip for my kids. Very expensive for what you get. Looks nice. Tastes blah.

Have been calling this Panera everyday multiple times a day, at different times (off peak hours) and can never get through. Pick up order was placed at wrong location and never picked up, but charged.

We had a DD delivery tonight 12/29 for two totaling 40 and some change. We did not receive some of our order and what we did receive was lack luster or wrong to say the least. However, the evening manager Jose personally contacted door dash and remade our food alongside of personally tipping the redelivery driver. Ive seen some scary reviews of the locations, but this manager impressed us with his diligence and sincerity to make it right for us. The good over shadows the bad in the experience. Quality service.

Preordered & prepaid. Waited in the drive-through for 19 minutes behind the car in front of me. After 10 minutes of sitting there, they apparently asked the person in front of me to pay for their order. They tried paying with the phone and it didn’t work and it didn’t work and it didn’t work. Why are you waiting 10 minutes to collect money? Why didn’t you ask the person to pull out a line and give the other people in the ‘pick up’ line their food. Maybe have them drive around again or come in? Finally after 19 minutes of sitting in line, the guy pulled away – he didn’t have his food apparently he got a free drink because he never paid. My soup was lukewarm and my salad was warm – sitting in the same bag as the soup. 20 minute drive home had to microwave the soup.
Food: I got the autumn harvest soup and it was alright. Not as good as usual. No pumpkin seeds! Not sure about the salad – haven’t eaten yet. Pretty disappointing visit I have to say- especially for the amount of money you pay.

It’s sad that you can’t order a bagel at panera anymore. Not one customer in the restaurant and I still had to order a bagel at a kiosk and wait nearly 10 minutes for someone to put it in a bag then toss the bag to the serve counter where I watched it sit for 5 minutes before the next person stapled the receipt to the bag and put it in front of me. I didn’t have it sliced or toasted just a single bagel….ill just not splurge on panera anymore. What happened to customer service?

I LOVE the warm Teriyaki bowl – so wonderful! I get it every time! I noticed they also have Canada Dry- Woot! Ginger ale is so yum. In fact, all of their drink options are great!
This Panera location is doing a better job at keeping clean- but they do need to address the loose baseboard trim that is sticking out under the table – we had to move b/c it was in the way of our feet!
Customer service was super- keep up the great job!
