Ordered online, got home and all the burgers are completely plain. No ketchup, mustard or pickles. Gave me three plain burgers, one randomly had a mega load of onions on it for no reason. Missing a whole large fry. Wasn’t even busy, nobody in the drive thru line, barely anyone inside, just awful.

It’s more of a self check out style ordering. Which at first I was taking back. Now I enjoy it, know exactly how much, and everything ordered correctly. The rest is still the same steak-n-shake. Please note if you get a drink, they have a QR code to scan. It only works for about 3 drinks and no more.

Ordered online, first time ever eating here. Ordering was fairly easy. Arrived @ 7:55. Order said it would be ready @7:40. There were no orders in the online pickup area. No one assisting customers due to digital ordering screens. Kept trying to get the attention of someone to assist me for 10 minutes. Finally got help, had to show my order on my phone. They found it in the back. Got home (4 minutes away.) I only had 2 lg fries, ordered & paid for 3. Ordered a triple burger & got a double with onions, ordered no onions.. Everything was cold. First & last visit to Steak & Shake unless management wants to invite us back & prove they can do better.

Came in for a late dinner. No one in sight when entering or while ordering at the terminal. Only interaction was when the young lady called our name. Burgers were ok until they weren’t. When part of the lettuce fell out and was black. Not sure what we had been eating. But we didn’t continued. No one ever came back to the table

I ate the the Bitcoin Burger and my guts felt like someone put my bowels on the block chain but thankfully the patriot shake did an insurrection against my large intestine and loosened everything up. Plus, after I desperately ran to the toilet, there was a surprise waiting for me on the toilet seat and it wasn’t the six grams of saturated fat you get in one tablespoon of beef tallow…. ❄️
Seriously tho, these places get slammed with online orders. Give the staff a break, it’s not like it was when you worked at a restaurant.

Food was pretty okay as Steak and Shakes go, but the restaurant was filthy. All tables were dirty, trash and spilled ingredients on the floor, sticky booths, and a long black hair in my daughter’s cheese fries. There were 4 people working on a slow day. They need at least two more on shift to clean this place.

This is such a tragedy. The touch screens barely work. I have never experienced a place that cares less about customer service in my life. It’s so apathetic and terrible. And yet the food is incredible. We’ve come once a week for the last 3 weeks. Every week it has been something. I just can’t come back again.

Ordered for lunch and arrived at the store within 7 minutes. Burger was somehow already cold, and seemingly had no toppings. opened it up and it had a whopping 1½ tiny onion pieces and the saddest amount of ketchup. fries were also lukewarm at best and limp.
the MOST CONCERNING part was that the chocolate shake tasted of peanutbutter. having had this problem before I asked they wash the mixer and make another, not just for myself but others coming in that could have a severe reaction to it (like, say, my mother). Ran out of time for lunch waiting for the remade shake and had to leave as soon as it came out.
It still (!!!!!) tasted of Reese’s
