If you love BURGERS, you’ll never get bored with this eatery!! Customize your own burger in soooo many ways, this is the place to try! All kinds of different rubs, add ons, and sauces, I definitely want to come back!! I tried the chicken breast on a pretzel bun and it was packed full of juicy flavors and so huge, I had to bring the other half home! The fries are also delicious and seasoned.. definitely a plus!! I tried the Salted Nutella Crunch shake and it was sooooo yummy! You can spike your shake too with vodka or what they recommend!! The staff were all so friendly and fast! The place was busy for a sunday afternoon and was told a 20min wait but got in sooner than that.

As a burger aficionado, I love Burgatory and am glad this location isn’t closer to me because otherwise I’d be there a LOT. I’ve been to the Murrysville location many times, but have dined at a few other Burgatory locations also.

You really can’t go wrong with the burger options! I bounce between building my own, the Triple B burger, and Morty’s Steakhouse burger, all are scrumptious options. They do an excellent job at cooking to your requested temperature. When I build my own, I always choose the beef burger with cracked peppercorn seasoning for its incredible flavor, and I usually end up topping it with white American, iceberg lettuce, red onion, dill pickles, and bacon, and I get a side of house sauce. One weakness of the Murrysville restaurant is its inconsistency with bacon portion sizes- sometimes you get so much that it is well worth the $2 upcharge, and other times, you definitely question it and if you should try it again. The other locations I’ve visited are consistently generous on bacon, so the inconsistency here is a bit disappointing.

Burgers automatically come with russet potato chips, or you can get French fries or other sides for an upcharge. The French fries are good, but I’m not sure they’re worth the $2.50 upcharge, I do it on occasion! The chips are a solid option- as mentioned above, when I build my own burger I get the house sauce on the side to dip the chips in.

The milkshakes are good but on the pricey side, so I really only get them when they send out email coupons for dine in and buy 2 burgers, get a shake free. Most options are delicious, but I’ve found the Campfire S’mores and Cookie Monster flavors a bit underwhelming. The best flavors are Turtle Time and Strawberry Pretzel Salad! Although I generally like whipped cream, I tend to avoid it here because it’s very thick and sugary and not as creamy, and they top with a lot of it, but this is very much an individual preference thing. Pro tip: if you get your shake as a dine-in option, you get more because they give you the extra bit in the cup the mixed the shake in.

The service here is great, even when they’re very busy. Typically weekday nights are easy to walk in and get a table, but I’ve experienced wait times no more than 30 minutes for 2 people on weekends.

One of the better franchise chains in the area for a good meal. It may be a little bit expensive for what it is, but the food quality is good and the draft selection isn’t bad. My wife is happy because they always have Miller on draft and a few locals for me to choose from.

The burgers are absolutely incredible and cooked perfectly. I asked for pink and it actually came out pink. And let’s talk about Trish the bartender. She makes one hell of an old fashioned! Her service was great but her mixed drinks was just the chefs kiss. Kudos all around

Without a doubt Burgatory has perfected the art of consistency.

I’m not sure if I’ve been to ALL of the locations, but I can absolutely say that this review applies to each one.

Maybe you’re wondering why I’ve visited so many… the answer is simple. My family enjoys sharing meals together, and we always know that if there’s a Burgatory nearby everyone will leave happy.

It’s not a place that I would say is obnoxiously loud, but you don’t have to ever worry that your kid is going to be the one causing a scene. They’re always busy spots with enough going on that you can absolutely enjoy not cooking without worrying about side eye (which really brush those off anyway you’re doing great)

Do not sleep on the truffle fries, and as much as I love chips their house salad is so worth swapping for.

If veggie burgers are your thing, theirs is done right. I’m not talking some random pressed and sealed freezer slab, it’s truly hearty and they’re making it themselves.

Pro tip: ask for a side of truffle aioli. Put it on anything. You won’t regret it.

Food was absolutely amazing. Had the 50/50 and the triple b. Would absolutely recommend either! Drinks were great. The restaurant was a little cold though and that’s why I gave a 4 for atmosphere. The service was a bit slow which most times I appreciate not being interrupted while eating but when after done eating it seemed a bit slow. Otherwise I would HIGHLY recommend this burger joint to anyone who love quality burgers and cocktails.

Hit up Burgatory after hearing much of how delicious their burgers are.

Well the product lived up to the raves and more!

We (family of 4 with 2 teenage kids) found the service to be outstanding! Bailey was our waitress and was excited that this was our first time at any Burgatory location.

She offered us the specials and provided excellent suggestions for us!

We lived vicariously and opted for the milkshakes before our meals. Their milkshakes are amazing! Heavy whipped cream and truly over the top delicious ingredients!

My Son and I had burgers. He got the Morty’s Steakhouse Burger and I got the Double Smash Burger.

These burgers are not your run of the mill out to eat burgers. They’re stacked high and freshly made! Think dive bar but with some class!

My Wife had the Burger of The Month which was a chicken burger. My Daughter opted for the Cha Cha Chicken burger.

The flavors in those chicken burgers was fantastic! Juicy, and massive!

This place definitely will be a revisit for us!

I was not impressed burger was more like a meatball and was dry as hell. Way overcooked from what was requested. The pork belly topping was burnt to a crisp. And hardly had any sauce on it which was also requested. The silverware was dirty, thankfully didn’t need it. The table was very sticky. Definitely not worth the $100 for 3 burgers fries and drinks. A lot of the staff had no Burgatory shirts or anything on, you didn’t know they worked there. The one positive thing I can say is that our waitress had a Burgatory shirt on was very friendly and helpful on describing items on the menu which weren’t detailed.

On April 26th, me, my dad, and my stepmom went to Burgatory, and it was great! It was the first time I’ve been to a Burgatory and this location didn’t disappoint me when I went there. When I was there, I ordered the Meat Your Maker burger (had the wagyu beef patty cooked medium well), Caramel Pretzel Heavenly Shake, Fork It Fries, and a Siesta Sangria. It was all good, especially the shake. It was very thick and creamy, just the way I like a shake to be! Also, the Siesta Sangria paired well with the burger I ate, so I would highly recommend going to this Burgatory if you like high-quality burgers and shakes!

Burger of the month: French onion… Must try! I ordered with a lettuce wraps instead of a bun, and it was absolutely mouth watering delicious! It is loud in there, and there isn’t much space to stand while waiting for a table, but the service and food more than make up for that!
