Fries were burnt. They forgot my mixer. Had to come back around to get it. Then I finally got home and saw they totally forgot my cheese curds. Going to have to use a different Culver’s from now on or just stick to Steak ‘n Shake. At least I know my order will be right and all my food will be there.

Been going here for about a year. Always do curb side pick up. Used to be i would order it and leave my house and it was ready. For the last few months I have to wait and even go in to get my order. But now the food is getting worse. As you see in this picture they just stopped my $8 burger together. And had no pepper mayo on it or any pepper flavor. Staff are always polite. Needless to ok say I have been eating here a lot less lately, and have noticed it’s not as crowded as it used to be. Better get a hold of the quality control here. Signed retired quality control of aircraft.

The most genuine workers! Me and my husband have been coming to this culver since it opened we were the 2nd in line to the grand opening!
We donate to all their charity events they have for back to school also for Christmas toys and the car shows! We show up for them and support them because they take care of us on nights we don’t feel like cookin! we also use Culver’s as a place to talk about our future plans and me and my husband have never been rushed they come by and ask what we need even thought we’re have already been served they still keep serving!!!! AMAZING!
You can tell they value family and we feel welcomed!
What made me write a review is the man with cow print hat!! We came in and donated toys for the kids and made two trips from two different stores and he cheered us on each time! we came in the last time to give the toys and grab a quick burger and he blessed us with a value basket instead!!!! we love Culver’s and he loved on us tonight! Thank you for seeing our efforts

Something is wrong with our order almost every time we come to this location, whether the burger is wrong, or they do not include the condiments that we had to pay for such as ranch. The most recent time the person who took our order in the drive through put the wrong name for our order and we sat in the drive through for 30 minutes waiting for our food to come out before someone figured out what went wrong, and then the order was missing the ranch that we had to pay for. Unacceptable service and quality assurance at this point. I wish I knew the name of the employee who found our order for us because she was the only one who seemed to give a crap.

Ive only been to Culvers one time and they definitely impressed me. The food was delicious, there wasnt a long wait, all of the employees were nice and had pleasant attitudes. I woke up this morning and the 1st thing I did was ask my son if he wanted to eat here again today. I was definitely pleased with my entire experience here

This is ridiculous and they really just don’t care about anything other than their paychecks. We both asked for raspberry & cheesecake and got the most pathetic attempts of mixers. There was only 2 cheesecake bites in mine, maybe 3 in the other, custard dripping on the outsides, and the majority of the mixers were just vanilla, you barely taste any raspberry. I get it’s fast food and they get busy but come on, if you don’t want to provide customer care and atleast put SOME effort into your work then get another job. This irritated me, especially when they said THIS was the standard mixes, thats utter crap. I love how they say they don’t have a ‘large’ mixer size cup when they are the only Culver’s that apparently doesn’t have a large. Yet they didn’t mention that when we’ve asked the previous times, but the last time we asked they gave us the regular mediums and we were still CHARGED FOR LARGES “we’ve never done large mixers” …. Really now? This location has made so many mistakes and saying they put any effort into doing their work is being generous, it’s pathetic. Go to any other Culver’s in the Cape.

I was in extreme pain and suffering when I visited the drive thru. The beautiful Angel that was in the window immediately saw that I was in need. She offered me a drink and reached out to me and offered to pray for me. I accepted her offer and we held hands while she prayed over my affliction and I was instantly refreshed. I went home and felt motivated to rise above my circumstance and I knew that this was just temporary. It is very comforting to know that there are Great people like her that have the courage to step up and offer help when nobody else would. I know that my local Culver’s is a safe place with good food and even better people. When I recover from my surgery. Culver’s will be my favorite therapy place and they have ice cream. How can you beat that. She made me feel worthy again. I will never forget her or my wonderful experience that day. I’m a very lucky guy, if good things like that happen to me. I’m so grateful.

I recommend the mushroom Swiss or pot roast sandwiches with added grilled onions and mayo with either cheese curds or mashed potatoes with the beef gravy. I’m really into the malts as well. The customer service is awesome. I have always enjoyed Culver’s food, but the quality control of this one is really consistent.
