This was one of the best spur of the moment stops I have made during a long travel day. I was looking for a different restaurant, and ended up giving up when I found this place. Let me just say, it blew my expectations out of the water. First of all, my service was excellent, with constant service happening all around. I ordered the Rattlesnake Pasta, and oh my word, it was FANTASTIC. The portion was huge, and about $18. I could not eat it all and it was even great left over. The place was super clean and extremely spacious, with patios to boot. Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic.

If you have never had thick cut potato chips then please make your way to Aubrey’s and try them now. They are crispy yet soft with delicious seasoning. Also, the strawberry chicken salad is light yet filling.

Aubrey’s is a great American restaurant. Everything we ordered was amazing. The Lemon Lime chicken was surprisingly tender, and the broccoli was perfectly cooked. We really enjoyed the sausage & pimento cheese was awesome and we really enjoyed the potato soup. If I could rate it as a 4 1/2, I would. Where the experience could have been better would be to add landscaping to block the parking lot, and put up a rail to keep people from walking in and out. Last item was the unusual classic rick music playing a little too loud which didn’t really fit the vibe. All in all, the place is definitely worth trying, Also, Derek was a great server – attentive but not obtrusive.

This place feels like an upscale local bar. Regulars sitting at the bar, which doesn’t bother me a bit. The bar tenders (Katana and Mike) were both very nice and personable. They checked on me regularly. The Caesar salad was good. Pimento cheese and sausage was a bit odd. I’ll definitely be back!

First off, we have been coming here for 3 years+. All the bartenders know our order and have always been amazing. Although, the other day we ordered to go. We paid for 2 bowls of soup. We received 2 8oz cups of soup and noticed when we got home. I called the store to ask if this was correct and whoever answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me. I waited till the following morning to call and speak with a manager, she was very kind and agreed with me it wasn’t so much about the size being incorrect (I called another location to check the sizing) as how the staff on the phone handled it. I was told by the manager there would be some sort of compensation and to go to the front desk and there would be something for me there. I went and then was treated rudely again basically being told “we don’t do that” by the hostess. It’s sad because we love the bar tenders there but unfortunately will be choosing other locations from now on. We have never been treated so poorly at other locations as we were at papermill.

5 Stars! All the way! First time visitor to Knoxville and asked for a dinner recommendation… did not disappoint! Petra was our awesome server! We had the Strawberry Chicken Salad and Hickory Chicken. Fantastic! Will definitely visit again during our vacation!

Our server was excellent! He never let a glass get empty, and was very attentive. My Patty Melt was absolutely amazing! My wife’s Country Friend Chicken was very bland. Their fries are super good! The chili had mixed reviews at the table. I liked it. My bride did not. I saw reviews for the Parmesan Spinach, so I ordered some. Won’t do that again. We’ll probably try Aunre’s again, just to get a solid opinion.

In town for work & walked over from my hotel. Dinner was so good last night I came back for lunch today. I’ve tried the filet bites, potato soup, & Rockefeller pizza. All impressively tasty. They do keep the dining room a bit chilly so I’d bring a jacket or sit outside. Other than that my only complaint is they don’t exist outside of TN.

We loved Aubreys, we had various burgers, a kids meal grilled cheese with fruit salad, I ordered the four sides meal: mac n cheese, spinach dip, sweet potato fries and apples. Our allergy guy loved the GF burger bun (also egg free bun!) he was in heaven.
