It’s so messed up how they just did me. I asked for a sandwich plain like I’ve done my whole life. Don’t care for the condiments. Cannot stand onions. As three times was it plain? They said yes. I’ve already grown the habit of looking before I eat and it was filled with onions. Something told me to look in between the two pieces of meat where the cheese is filled with onions. I don’t even see how this kind of thing could happen. Not to mention I’m at work and drove on my way to another job site and now I’m going to have to go back 15 minutes to straighten it out

So sick of this. This is not a toddler toy. Don’t put the option on the kiosk if you’re not going to have it or provide it. I can forgive the giving me the wrong burger, apologies we’re made and I left with the right burger. But out of all the times I’ve marked for a toddler toy (6-7 times) I’ve received it once. I’m just going to stop marking it all together because it’s clear no one cares or cares to look at whatever the computer should be inputting.

The top bun for my big Mac was extremely stale. I could press as hard as I want and it would just go back to normal. It felt like a rough sponge. I had to bend it very hard to even make the bread crack.

Girl in drive through is nice and attentive but apparently need to ask for everything fresh because the fish fillets i got were stale and bun wasn’t soft like I like it. Lady kindly remade it but not the other one.

I wish I could give zero across the board! Seems these people don’t care that us dashers get penalties for when restaurants mark the food as ready and we still have to wait for it. It makes it look like we’re not doing our jobs as a dasher. This is ridiculous! If the food isn’t ready why the hell would you mark it ready 10 minutes before you even get to it? Yea it looks good on paper but that’s messed up for us. I wish y’all would get it together. Next time I’ll be calling corporate or the owner

This is one of my favorite McDonald’s to visit. I drive from Daytona each week for an appt. and I always have too make a point to stop and get my mocha frappe. They greet me as I’m walking in and remember me even tho I’m quiet and only there for a couple mins. Also there are other people’s who go there daily that I have come to know and say hello to. It’s just a really nice environment to have a meal at. It’s also right in the river, beautiful view!

4:19 in drive through the girl taking the order huffs in the mic as I ask if she’s okay! I said can I get a number 9 and then said medium or large she didn’t even give me time. When I said is it okay that’s when she didn’t the huffing. I don’t understand why people get a job and don’t want to work.

They seem to always be busy. Most employees actually try, but there definitely are a handful who just don’t. Check your orders before leaving and don’t always expect to be in and out….even if you did a mobile order.
