Red Robin is a burger chain all over. My burger came with endless french fries which were really good. It was nice of our server to bring some fries to enjoy before our burger was ready. The Cheesy Bacon Fondue Burger was really good. I like it better than the Royal Red Robin burger, which is also good. This place is always packed. I would recommend a reservation.

My wife and I just ate at Red Robin for the first time in several years, and it was a great experience. My wife loves the French fries, and Erik took excellent care of us. He was punctual with refills, always attentive, and incredibly friendly. Erik was very personable and made us feel welcome the entire time. His customer service was top-notch, and he did a fantastic job from start to finish. We really appreciated his professionalism and positive attitude.

I got the red robin royal and my wife got the chicken sandwhich. Kylee was our waitress and not only did she do wonderfully but the food was delicious. It was a bit slow but not so much that we were panicking to get to our movie afterwards. It was all very good and went very well. We always look forward to coming to a red robin and this location did not disappoint on our first time in. I definitely suggest you come check this place out.

We recently visited Red Robin and were pretty underwhelmed. The “bottomless fries” felt like a gimmick—we paid $2.99 for garlic fries and only got a small portion with our meal. There were no automatic refills, and we had to ask other staff members for anything we needed since our server only came by twice: once to take the order and once to drop the check. Our waters were never refilled, and we weren’t given napkins or utensils. The server was unfriendly and seemed completely uninterested in providing any actual service.
The food itself was just okay—decent flavor and portion size, but nothing memorable. We had the smaller burgers, which were enough to fill us up, but overall the experience didn’t come close to matching the hype. Between the poor service and average food, we probably won’t be going back. It just didn’t leave a great impression.

My wife and I had never been to this location. The food was terrible and not cooked. We both ordered the fish and chips. My wife took one bite and spit it out. I took the batter off all the fish. Not cooked at all. That is going to get someone sick. The server was nice. We haven’t forgotten.

Service is okay. But honestly the dirtiest place you can visit. My daughter had food in her cup of water, there was what I believe to be throw up all over the sinks in the bathroom and our seat wasn’t wiped down so it felt like sitting in filth. Lots of health violations.

Food is always great. We had a movie planned after dinner and Arcella had placed an order of bottomless fries before we ordered. She read our minds and delivered them with our favorite sauces and were perfect!!! Service was quick and we had plenty of time for the show!

At this location, we had the awesome server Zack. He was friendly and attentive and the overall service was quick and fun. Everyone was super helpful, even Kenny from the bar who mixed up our chocolate milk checked in on us. Best experience I had at a Red Robin in a long time! Food was excellent too!
